The "1st One Shoutout" was my favorite because it's was not just a song but it also adds such meaning between the relationship of Philippines and Korea back in the Battle of Yultong in 1950, I highly respect for all the Filipino soldiers and allied countries on helping Korea those times because my grandpa was one of the Filipino soldiers who fought in the Battle of Yultong. 🙏🏼💖 🇵🇭 ♥🇰🇷

My top pick is SB19 and Alamat. I'm still getting to know PPop but I've always listened to OPM (grandma is pinay) and have never been disappointed. I saw SB19 at their NYC concert and they were awesome! They sounded so good live and their energy was through the roof! I was surprised that they were so interactive with the fans! They even took some lucky fans' cellphones to take a pic of themselves and everyone in the audience while performing but security stopped the singers from getting to close lol

I agree that 1stONE is AMAZING. SB19 started the Ppop trend so their MV’s have a sincere heartfelt meaning. I re-listen to “SB19” daily because they are definitely ALL ROUNDERS. AI loved 🥰 the girl who was honest about her FANTASY of men in UNIFORM 😉. ALAMAT is absolutely Great because of their cultural diversity and they sing in different FILIPINO languages. BGYO are extremely talented and treat their fan base GREAT. Another plus about Ppop groups is that their fan base is usually supportive, positive and treat commenters respectfully. For me, the songs of SB19 and 1st.one that were featured here are their best songs (SB19's ballads are top tiers tho). For BGYO, i can't pick among Magnet, TAM, The Baddest, Kundiman and Mahal na Kita [no MV tho] 😅😅😅. For Alamat, fave tracks ko ang Gayuma, Say You Luv Me and ILY2 😊😊

Thanks for reacting to SB19, ALAMAT and 1st.One. SB19 and ALAMAT are my top 2 ppop boygroups followed by 1st.One, PHP, VXON, etc.... The uniqueness of these two groups is what makes me love them more. All groups are talented and have visuals but, what they can bring to the table that would set them apart from the other groups is what really matters to me. For me only SB19 and ALAMAT have it. Alamat being the multi-lingual group (they use different languages ​​on most of their songs - no other ppop group do this) while, SB19 members being the most all-rounder among ppop artists (songwriter, composer, producer, choreographer, creative director of their songs, music videos, concerts and other performances - all of these in one group and no other ppop group do it. Now, they also use their own money to produce their music videos. They literally do most of their stuff and don't just rely on their company). SB19 paved the way for PPOP and sets a high standard that new ppop generations like PLUUS, Hor7zon, etc. look up to them and see SB19 as their inspiration.
