At 5:32 Acc stands for accurate, which they say improves accuracy under heavy loads so I recommend turning that on

Can you tell us more about this "Acc" parameter? Is there a downside to having it turned "ON"? Is there any reason to turn it "OFF"?

Can I know where you get those servo arm?

They are the Secraft V1 17mm servo arms. 6mm 25T splines (Futaba style) and M2 threaded holes at 14mm and 17mm. I don't know what hobby store in the US currently sells them, but they are available on eBay. Personally, if I were in the market for servo arms, plastic or aluminum, Amain Hobbies is my go to place as they have a wide selection of servo arms. ********EDIT************ It looks like Gator RC sells them. gator-rc.com/secraft-aluminum-servo-arm-v1-17mm-futaba
