However, i have tinnitus and constantly hear a high pitched ringing in my ears all day everyday for as long as i can remember and wonder if that may contribute to my panic attacks. Then sit and meditate with same humming frequency. Think of sleep and only sleep durning this . Atleast 5 minutes. You should fall asleeo fairly fast and have sound sleep. This is how you know if a beat is real. First put on headphones then take one ear and listen, you should hear one tone only. Then use another ear,you should hear a different tone, put them together and you hear a woble. I just unironically had a dream where I had a conversation with my grandmother who passed years ago earlier when I used this in earbuds & fell asleep. It wasn’t quite a lucid dream, but it was very unusual & vivid. It did have a different part that was pretty unpleasant; it’s not the first time that, using one of the better theta-oriented binaural beat or isochronic tone tracks, I’ve had sleep paralysis or sleep-paralysis-like symptoms (in this particular nightmare it was just the cliché nightmare trope of trying to yell/scream for help & being unable to make a sound or move freely, but not the full sleep paralysis scenario. And after the very coherent conversation with my grandma part, I still woke up feeling kind of in awe & peaceful anyway. These tracks can definitely be hit or miss in their design, but the ones that have an effect definitely have an effect. And I definitely find that doing some mindfulness meditation while you listen to the theta ones (just really mindfully let your attention rest on the rhythm of the pulsing, & just be present with it [look up how to do mindfulness meditation if you don’t know]) helps you quickly & effortlessly make the transition into very deep meditation &/or sleep. I was only intending to meditate this time, but ended up drifting off, & when you really stay present right up through the transition, that is conducive to lucid dreaming, or for those who haven’t managed that, at least clearly remembering your dreams.

I just listened to a podcast interviewing Tom Campbell who worked with Bob Monroe. Apparently Bob Monroe would always 'hear' a 3.78 Hz pulse before he went into an Out Of Body State. So their first (early research, 1980s) meditation tape used this frequency (3.78 binaural) along with ocean waves, and the first users of this meditation tape raved how it helped them in their out of body experiences. Because of this good reception, Bob Monroe began his business The Monroe Institute. This "theta 2.0" sounds close, around 4 hertz.

I’d highly recommend looking into what he’s doing because it’s fascinating. Bryan Johnson, he has a KZbin channel where he documents how he has managed to essentially reverse aging through his blueprint. Might sound shallow at first glance but the more I listened to his reasoning and motivation behind this experiment the more I grew to respect him. Obviously 99% of people without his wealth and access to doctors won’t be able to implement his entire protocol (he knows this and states it himself) but you can pull bits and pieces to make adjustments in your own life to improve your quality of life and longevity.

Okay… I’ve taken a long time wether to put this out there or not. so here goes, opening it up to all the rif raf to make bullshit comments that are just irrelevant. The best way I’ve found to get the MOST out of this isn’t actually the sound…. it’s the vibrations that are the goal. Depending what the goal is you can find all 7 frequencies of the chakras on line. The best way to get the vibrations I’ve found is to use a iPad, tablet. It vibrates to the frequency being used. To the point of it heating up. Using this method lie down. prop a pillow above your head with the iPad against your head. Try to have some pressure to it. Depending on the position it can effect differently. You can feel the vibes thru out your body down to your toes. After awhile you yourself can make the vibes go to where you want. For me it’s important to find the right placement on the scalp. As bizarre as it sounds….. FEELS… the skull can vibrate from the back but feel it in the front.. or the sides, but the iPad is at the back vibrating. Making use of this method gives you the options of the real vibrations for opening the chakras. I’ve had sessions where my scalp pulls and flexes in weird places. After a few sessions you can actually make the vibes happen at any time WITHOUT the iPad. I actually do it while driving. Yes with eyes open. Can do it while walking. Heck I’m doing it right now. It’s truly worth the effort just to feel the sensation throughout your own body.. So there it is…… let the bullshit begin….

I am using a Sony noise canceling headset, and I noticed that there is a huge perception shift at one point of the volume scale. This could be due to the inner resonance inside the ear cups of the headset. But maybe something to include in the description text?

I think it’s cool it sounds like someone left the ceiling fan ; the older ceiling fans with the loud motor; kinda wobbles a lil bit when in motion

My families dog came right up to the Bluetooth speaker as I emitted the frequency for a few seconds then yawned & came to bed layed down and slept right away like under a magic spell & then I stopped it and he got up and left right away

Ok guys, i need help with this. Whenever i listen to this for more than 5-10 minutes, there comes a point that the frequency TOTALLY changes, the sound becomes much lower or something. I cannot explain it. I rewind back to the point where it still sounded different, and the sound doesn't change. As if my ears need to adjust for 5 minutes before they hear "the real sound".....not sure how to explain. Any thoughts?

Found this thanks to Bryan Johnson. Listened to it last night and got the best sleep I've had in weeks. No lie. I've got a sleep monitor and it's been saying I've only been getting maybe 40 minutes of deep sleep every night. Last night I got an hour and a half and woke up feeling better than any morning I can remember. This stuff WORKS.
