Not only that, condoms aren’t readily available either, they’re unable to get access to medicine to treat common ailments and viruses, and they aren’t allowed to buy Christmas trees during the holidays. Interesting story I heard from a teacher: There was this guys who was trying to escape North Korea and go to South Korea. They realized that he was trying to escape, so they sent a couple hundred troops to search for him and kill him. If the guy escaped, all the troops that were after him had to be killed.
