The folding table I used here is my patio setup (for when the patio is open). Eventually, on the table side, I will be building a murphy bed+ murphy bench + murphy table combo. It will be configurable to operate in bench+table mode (standard) or bed mode if there are multiple people staying in the truck. On the Ikea wardrobe side I will be building out my workstation/desk area where I will be doing all of my remote work activities.

That was an easy stealth . I would call that meal a "Quiche Gumbo" To minimize the problem of cameras on the outside, for at least 2 of them you could mount them in the cab in each corner behind the seats facing diagonally toward the side windows/windshield to get a good forward view.pipe the signal to DVR then on to the TV u mount. Get the smallest 4k IP cameras you can find.

I have an earlier Tramontina 1500w inductance cooker, so can run from 15 AMP circuit, but all the new ones now are 1800w, therefore your need for 20AMP breaker. Recently ordered off EBay a second used 1500w as a backup which works great too. They have 10 settings and I most often use it only between 20-50% power anyway for cooking with. I also bought a 3 piece with 2 glass lids, copper coated pot and 2 pans with ferrous metal bottom plates "induction ready", (less than $40!) and they are very easy on cleanup.

That's a cool set up. I always thought with how camping tech and portable devices have advanced, there's little to no need for fixed appliances in a build. You just need a space to set up your stuff. LOL, like a spy movie on a stakeout. I suspect most are apprehensive on their first overnight stealth parking. If worried about cab security, since someone could break a window to access the door lock, you can put eyehook near bottom of both cab doors near back of door, a short chain behind the driver seat, coming just beyond the seat, a longer chain to meet it from the passenger door, and then can padlock both chains together on floor near your box door opening, and nobody can open those doors at all.

I've seen a few videos where you've had A/C issues/possible battery issues and I wonder if there's a way to close off the area beyond the bedding area, like the living room, for those times. So thayou'rere only working on somewhat insulating and cooling the bed area as much as possible? Like a simply thick curtain or something like that. You'd be amazing how much something like that works.

Very cool! I live in a nice neighborhood that routinely has cops harass and rough up the random homeless person that happens to come through. I was at my gym and saw a man in a camper that had a very loud generator on the back. All the gym people would stop to look at this man who was clearly living in his camper. I thought nobody better bother this man who is minding his own dang business. He was there a week without harassment. Then he moved on. ❤

My bed is also over the cab but I made it high enough so I could sit up in bed to get in and out, not being able to do that with your build and those side wall boxing it in I imagine it being quite a wrestle getting in and out of bed. My only suggestion would be put everything away in the back before arriving in your overnight park up and when you do get out of the Van and go for a walk. Then when you get back to the Van enter the Cab, lock it down then go immediately into the Box. Do you have under Box (very Stealth) Surveillance Cameras (Front, Sides, Rear) to scope your surroundings? If not, might be an idea. Otherwise Congratulations, excellent vehicle.
