This video by dhruv rathee is perfect example of half baked knowledge 1) there were only few Muslims in Shivaji Maharaj's army ...less than 5% ... estimated by proper maratha historians and how can dhruv said so confidently that many soldiers were muslims... shivaji maharaj never counted their soldiers on the basis of caste and religion. If there were so much Muslims in army ...gave me 10 real names atleast with proof... 2) there was no muslim general in Maharaj's army..this is purely fake. The reference dhruv gave of sabhasad bakhar..which is not an official account ...this is like fan made account... Majority Muslim names dhruv took...are all fictitious character...never got any proof of their existence or nothing mentioned about them anywhere else. Only name of siddhi hilal was right ..coz he was a slave of maratha general...he n his son siddhi yahya fought for marathas. 3) shavaji maharaj respected everyone's faith..but that doesn't mean maharaj was secular...not at all After Maharaj conquered tanjavur in south.; demolished 2 mosques and built temples on that place. When Maharaj escaped agra house arrest.. Aurangzeb captured Maharaj's general netoji palkar. Aurangzeb forcefully made him change his religion to islam n gave him new name 'muhammad kuli khan' and sent him to kabul ...away from maratha influence. But When netoji aka kuli khan returned to maharaj after years ..maharaj didn't accept him till he changed his religion back to hindu. 3) there are many letters written by maharaj are available now ...in many letter maharaj said a thing about Muslims ..'turk faujet thevliyane to jai kaise milte' Mean muslims fauz ne honge toh jeet kaise milegi. 4) on the death bed, maharaj only asked his people to do one thing...to release mathura, kashi from the control of Muslims. There are many things in dhruv rathee's video is pure example of propaganda and brainwashing...

Dara Shikoh, the eldest son of Shah Jahan was a rare gem and he really studied Hindu scriptures and translated them to Persian.. He was also executed by Aurangzeb.. Hindus might not have suffered so much if he had become the king.. Few of them might have been secular.. but they were very very few and the damage done by the rest was 1000 times worse.. Infact, Sati became a practice only in 1200s after the invasions started.. we all know how they treat their own women in today’s world.. imagine how they would have treated the wives of their enemies, especially about 800 years back.. One more interesting thing I noticed in his channel is, any comment opposing him is deleted.. I don’t know how he has the rights to do it.. but not one remains.. Many questioned why Pakistan and Bangladesh were formed.. some asked about Kashmir pandits.. but none of those comments remain..
