I was born and raised in spring, Texas-about a 10 minute drive from Tomball and this heavenly barbecue place. I was 15 years old when they started selling barbecue along with the chocolate- i can say without a doubt that it is the BEST barbecue I have ever had in my entire life. I will never forget the first bite of fatty brisket I ever had- and their Chile relleno sausage is freaking incredible. GO THERE!!

I don't doubt the praises sung here. My beef! is that there are so many GOOD barbecue places in Texas, I'm not going to stand in line for four hours; not to mention the risk of them running out before you get in.

He does. I’ve read poor reviews of Tejas BBQ. The owner is always unpleasant and unprofessional in every response to a poor review. He seems very arrogant and condescending to dissatisfied customers. I would never visit Tejas bbq, for that very reason.

I'm not into BBQ or Pork foods but you right. Black folks cook with soul in their foods. They say the best BBQ ain't even in Texas but Memphis and S.Carolina.
