The thing that has always fucked me up about The Cut That Always Bleeds is how 90% of the song is an explanation of how the relationship is hurting him and him feeling those emotions. And then that last 10% hits, and hes giving up everything again, putting himself in a bad situation again, because even though his person is hurting him, hes way more terrified of being alone. If it means not being alone, he'll turn into anyone or anything someone wants. That hit me like a damn truck when I first heard the song. I love your videos, thank you for coming around to a second Conan video! ^^

I love how he goes back and just explains the song the way he took it! It makes you look at a differently at a song from someone that goes in-depth with the lyric and the way it sounds. I like the way he just makes sure to put those numbers and hotlines. When I found him he reacted to Conan gray for the first time and I've been watching him since because of the way he just talks and thinks about all these different types of songs! It's fun to watch. wait i just realised you need to check out rina sawayama??? i'm not sure how much it's been recommended but please check her stuff out if you haven't!! she came out with a BRILLIANT debut album this year - you gotta check out the videos for STFU! and XS, dynasty is also a big fav for me from that album, and her song "cherry" is absolutely gorgeous!! there's also songs from her EP as well, like cyber stockholm syndrome and 10-20-40 - i simply cannot recommend her music enough, it's SUCH good pop music ... just immaculate vibes all around
