There's seriously not enough Watsky reactions on KZbin. The guy is insanely skilled. Also, "Lovely Things Suite" is a 4 track story from Watsky's album X Infinity. Part 1 is Conversations, Part 2 is Knots, Part 3 is Roses and Part 4 is Theories. I listen to them a lot and they're honestly amazing. Highly suggest you check them out man. Whoa Whoa Whoa is also a great one for just showcasing his raw talent as a rapper rather than anything emotionally heavy.

Watsky’s dad taught Watsky (George) everything that he knows about literature and what it is and all it takes to be a poet. Watsky spent years before making music doing stand up poetry and that’s why he’s so good with his words and being able to make you see what he sees. Please do more Watsky, you won’t be disappointed.

Watsky - Wounded Healer is one of my favorite tracks by him. Super deep song. he's talking about coming to terms with his dad getting older and possibly passing away. It reminds me of my brother so much that it's hard to listen to because he's not here anymore.
@LucasWebb232 жыл бұрын
the " so give it, so give it, so give it" is a onomatopoeia word play on the coming back as a bull frog and talking in "ribbits". I love that part. Watsky is one of my favorite artists, incredibly talented.

Watsky's dad's a psychotherapist and they have a very close relationship, so Conversations highlights how close they are and also draws from more real-life events from storytelling since his father's work and worldview did help shape Watsky's.
