True that. Man I'm 28 and still have these sort of moments of feeling like I did in my early to mid 20s. It's just your personal perspective. Not out here doing silly/immature shit but also refusing to let the "adult" world suck you into a conformed mess.

The most favored by luck get to ignore better the determining factors around, and no matter how competent, wealthy or determined one is, if they're handled powerfully bad cards, they can't do much about it. Victims of childhood rape, violence, people born poor, rich born people with chronic diseases and health problems, healthy people in political unbalanced regions, immigrants, people born in poor countries like Sierra Leone, children of homeless, 99% of chinese people laboring too much, everyone born in the majority of countries (most people on this planet is poor, and by "poor" it's not an american standard of poor, because that's kind of rich), and so forth. Life is life. Sometimes it is what you make of it, if you're blessed. To most people, though, it's tough. To some people, it's hell. Seriously having these videos really helped me ground myself and appreciate just being introspective and thoughtful about everything. Legit been going through the worst period of my life so far and this just brought me back in a way; just thanks for being a pivotal part of my KZbin life Nathan!

@@aquariusangel816 It's easy to write something off as 'not a big deal' when you had the opportunity to experience it, or (in my case) when it's not treated as a big thing in your home/family culture. Not getting the chance, when it's celebrated as a big thing by lots of people and media in your culture? That's tough for lots of people, and we shouldn't minimise it.

Thank you for being scarily relatable! I'm 25 now and graduated college in 2017, and I have fallen into this loop. For me, the last time I feel I had things truly together in terms of mental health, spirituality, job decision, a social life, etc. was 2019. And before that it was my second semester of my senior year of college as well. I'm just taking these feelings of discomfort and "ugh-ness" as signs of growth and making changes to better myself. It's definitely a weird existential time for oneself.

dude this was so crazily timely, i just graduated college & i’ve said to my friends so many times that i don’t know how to live in the moment / process endings before things are gone, and i really needed to be called out on trying to feel better by recreating the past bc. i didn’t even realize that’s what’s i’ve been doing all along!! so thank u for this video, i feel really seen!

Wow this video is so timely because sooo many people have been hopping on the nostalgic-themed trends right now. I just graduated college and keep thinking about how I'm gonna miss the past. But really, I'm working on being excited on what's to come even if it's different than before. Thanks for this Nathan, this was spot on af

I 100% relate to this video and needed it. I felt like I peaked in 2017-2018 and cant ever go back to feeling that way. It's been a couple years now and im still struggling with this, but I know that I'll find a way to stop overthinking my future and stop trying to find that same feeling again. I wish to just live in the moment too

As far as not realizing you're in the last moment you'll have like this...it hit really hard after every major state of my life until 18. College was bleh me but this video perfectly summed up those feelings I had back then, but couldn't explain to most people. I appreciate this piece.
