In today's vlog we check out of our Disney Treehouse at the Saratoga Springs Resort, we were so sad to be leaving. We had a great stay! We get breakfast to go from the Artists Palette and eat it in the room and then we pack up and head home. We have a little haul of the things we bought from the gift shop and from Disney Springs and then we answer some of your questions from the comments on the other videos from our stay at the Treehouses. As a former housekeeping intern, we prefer when dishes are in the dishwasher already because we can either run it ourselves or know it's already clean if it's running while we come in to flip the room. Dishes already in the cabinet, we have to inspect each one to see if they were used or touched. You wouldn't believe how many people put a dirty cup back in the cabinet.

I definitely agree with all the comments about using permanent markers instead of the markers that came with the Ink & Paint Mickey. LOVE the idea of having all the characters sign it once people can meet characters again!!! ❤️

Keep his pacifier in the fridge or freezer for a short while, let him bite on it when he seems a little irritated...also give him gentle massages for his gums...by the way as a dentist, Kudos to you both for starting to brush his teeth. Jackson is adorable! Him waving is so cute! I’m sure others may have mentioned this about the Treehouses. When the boats go up and down the river, they blow their horns all day up until Disney Springs is closed. So, the “quiet” isn’t as quiet as this trip.

As a former merch CM please get better markers for signatures on the bear for a couple reasons. 1. Most characters like mickey have big hands so it is hard for them to hold a small marker like that. 2. Those markers run out of "ink" so quickly and the WORSE thing in the world is a character trying to sign and it barely coming out, when they sign over it it will look really messy. I saw it so much. PLEASE get colorful sharpies for the bear. I would also suggest waiting until he can give the bear to characters tbh. The smile that little ones have is so adorable when they get a signatures. When it is gifted it's not the same

I really recommend clickout Sharpie pens. The characters cm commented on them loads as so easy for characters to hold and no lid to lose xx

Also strong agree re: clickable sharpies. The package on the markers says that they're washable...does that mean they will wash away, or does that mean that you can wash the bear and the markers won't wash away? Either way the Sharpies will last longer!

You should do the RV thing and a cabin in different stays. I’m loving these staycations. I’m sure Jenn is loving some time out of the house. That is priceless when a new mom. You can enjoy your family without feeling like you need to get things done around the house.

Thank you for sharing this visit of yours. Always thought I would want to stay in a Treehouse, but I must say that now that I have seen it, I'm good. The long walk is more than I desire and the convenience of staying in a resort hotel is more to my liking, but now that I have watched your family stay there, I can say I am good with my decision. On Jackson’s Mickey Mouse, I would check out if those markers are permanent. If not I would get some permanent sharpies. They have of course in different colors too.

Hey Tim and Jen! For signing the Mickey I recommend Sharpies and dark bold colors like black, purple, or blue. Lighter or neon colors are harder for our character friends to see and Sharpies are the best for them to hold! You also may have to help some characters hold he Mickey as they sign, especially once he starts to get full of signatures. Enjoy!

We love staying at the cabins. They are so reasonably priced. Downside is only 1 bathroom, but you get a lot for the money.

Years ago, we bought a set of Mickey hands and had all the characters sign them as part of a wedding gift for some friends of ours who are huge Disney fans like us. It was a big hit! You may also be able to take that plush to City Hall and ask them to have all the characters sign it. That's what we did with the hands.

Thanks for sharing your vacation with us! Just as a precaution (you may already know to do this) but since Jackson is now mobile, whenever you are in a hotel/motel, check the floor AND under the beds! A 1-2 year near us OD'd on drugs that a previous person had dropped (ie: not the parent's drugs, but someone who stayed there earlier). The kid ate them not knowing what they were. I'm pretty sure they were fine, but I would hate for it to happen to you guys!

Towards the Ink And Paint Micky, when it comes to gloved hand character use a bigger thicker pen because I used the Ink And Paint Micky as well and noticed the gloved characters were having trouble grabbing the small markers they come with. Luckily my husband thought of bring a bigger thicker pen along just in case. Just thought I'd share my experience!!

The treehouse reminds me of Centre Parcs in the UK! One gigantic woodland area where you can stay in little villas, do loads of activities like ziplining, pottery, cycling, swimming..
