Baby sign language is amazing. I am not a mom, but when I had my nephews from time to time while their parents went out, it was amazing to me how much they communicated what they wanted by sign language.

My grandma always said it gets much easier when they turn 1. I found that to be true with my own. But to be honest, whatever age that is the best age!! You are doing great!!!!!! Giving Jackson Tylenol before you leave the pediatricians office when he gets his vaccines will keep the fever away and will keep him more comfortable. ❤️

I broke my foot this week so have to contend with a 1 year old, 6 year old, homeschooling by myself mostly due to the restrictions and the fact that my husband is a keyworker and working crazy hours. If his activity chair turns into a walker, maybe it’s time to put on the wheels. Let him vroom-vroom.. lol.. another thing that will help him learn to crawl and maybe start to pull himself up is letting him play on his own in a playpen (pack n play) it helps them to learn to do things on their own and gives you two some time to do things without constantly being with him by his side, as Jenn mentioned always being with him. If you guys haven’t seen videos of The East Fam (Shawn Johnson East, the gymnast) you might want to check them out. They have their little daughter Drew who is close to Jackson’s age. Anyhow, seriously guys, you’re doing great and we love watching Jackson grow. Thanks for sharing with all of us. {{BIG HUGS}} 🥰

I love these updates so much! Our daughter is also 6 months, born Nov 22, it’s so crazy seeing them progress. Our daughter is 19.6lbs and 27 1/2 inches long. I agree with 6 months is where it’s at, things have gotten so much easier just in the last month. We are finally sleeping through the night, no more night feedings!! It’s amazing! All my kids were nine months old when they started walking and hardly crawled. He's going to want to get up and go and that can be in three months . It goes by so fast, treasure each moment

It's been so fun watching Jackson's milestones. My wonderful stepson came into my life when he was six years , (now he's eighteen and headed to college!!) I was never able to have children of my own and though I think of and call him my son, I missed out on the first six years of his life. It makes me so happy that you both are sharing Jackson's life with us and it's letting me see what those first months are like (they look magical). Jackson is a little ray of sunshine that always makes me smile.
