I've seen this done with tulle as the top layer. Colors and shapes show through it beautifully. Great ideas for tiny scraps. We pay for every smidgen of the fabric!

Neat use of tiny scraps! I knew someone years ago that did this with dryer lint. She saved all her colorful lint for a year then made chair pads with it just like you did with your scraps.

I do decoupage quite often with papers, but recently did it with my favourite fabric scraps, covering a cheap wooden box. I love things idea, and will be trying it. Thank you. 😊

If the scraps are big enough I make a scrap quilt. If they are too small I give them to a friend who makes dog beds for a local shelter.
