Watching this podcast has had a huge effect on me. It is going to take sometime to process this one. It took me right back to my childhood waiting for the Vinnies to call to the house where my mother would get two pound and hope a shop was still open in order to buy bread and milk. It hurts to think that families are still struggling with food deprivation. If we don’t cry for people who are suffering, who will. I know that right now I and I cry for myself and the people who are hungry for not just food but for the loss of so many different areas of their lives. Thank you James and Timmy for your humanity.

Never met James but he looks so balanced now after listening to his story and these podcasts are incredible so take a bow James.....but the other 2 I’ve met several times are an inspiration to everyone across every spectrum of society ...... so many can learn from these 3 incredible human beings ..... everyone regardless of their circumstances are threading water in life and in a flash may lose all for many reasons, sometimes through no fault of their own...... one bad choice as John Lonergan said ....... mental health triggers can explode at any time and with amazing folk like this trio those broken can be fixed .........
