Did I just watch a man do a back layout from the raw power of his quads? Are you even human? That is insane! Would have liked to see those in normal speed too though, to get a sense of how long you're in the air.

Insane Height Tyson. Looks like you're defying gravity here. Are there any particular exercises you would recommend we do to jump higher specifically for the back flip?
@TysonE6 жыл бұрын
standard back tuck is essentially jumping straight up, rotating and coming back down so anything that improves straight jump, improves back tuck height. Video coming soon.

Do you have any tips Tyson for progressing from tuck to layout? For example I can do standing back tuck on grass/concrete, but on gymnastics floor i can do round off back layout, and layout half twist?
@TysonE6 жыл бұрын
Go to where you can layout (for example: gym floor or trampoline) and gradually reduce the amount of momentum you're putting into the build up e.g. if it's on a tramp, try to takeaway the amount of bounce after each successful attempt.

sick af! Do you think builduing a good squat could help to learn to backflip?
@TysonE6 жыл бұрын
To learn, no. To perform, yes.

btw bro are these beginner friendly?
@TysonE2 жыл бұрын
Not really. Back tuck is not considered beginner for the avg adult and these are variations of that.

how long does it take u to master learn backflip or master it?
@TysonE2 жыл бұрын
depends on your current fitness level when starting (power/jump height, mobility i.e. ability to tuck tight and aerial awareness). If you have a good base, you can learn in one session.
