Anybody who’s been doing power for awhile. You notice right away that each of the cover of his videos is the most important freeze for that powermove. When you wake up in the morning, before work, going out....get into the freeze for a couple sets and hold 15s+ You adjust very quick. You could take a nap in that freeze now if you wanted to. It’s a part of you. It feels natural, like doing a simple push up. This allows you to focus on other “mynute” details while in the powermove. Very efficient way of learning from my experience. Also, get in to the second round with no momentum is a very fast way to adapt and understand. GL bro’s 💪

First step is to build up strength and flexibility. This can be done over time if you don’t already have it by practicing this move. Although the process is a lot faster if you focus solely on your physical ability first. Something I always wished my dance teachers told me.

Amazing! Thank you! P.S. I got Certificated in Yoga a couple years ago, I use the techniques to improve my breaking. Flat finger pressing down takes pressure out of the side of the wrist. Pressure point in "flat palm position" (my community cause this bear paw vs. Eagle claw) should be in the palm between the joint of the index and middle finger. I've had our most advanced power heads test this, and they found a huge shift of the weight out of their wrist and into their hand (where it should be) #preserveyourwrists ✌🏼

@julioelhomi73994 жыл бұрын
I'll explain this a little bit better 1st of all. I used to break dance sometimes I still do just to see if I still got the moves but this is how the flare goes!🖐 1st you pick what hand is on the floor which is your left hand or your right hand whatever 1 feels more comfortable. Then while whatever hand is on the floor 1st 2nd your back leg has to kick or swing and then at the same time then your other hand comes in place its commen sense so as your doing it you just keep going in circles. Like he did it in the viedo at 1st. He 1st did 1 flare then the 2nd 1 and then more and more. Only try to do 1 flare at 1st just 1 and until you've accomplished that flare That fucken flare that's not that hard that you just have to do 1 so you know what it's all about, Then you can start to do more flares like 2 But to do 2 flares you have to do the 1st flare and keep going once your on the same position where your left or right hand is on the floor to start the flare. And that's how you do the easy flare. Start off by doing 1 you can mess up but your mind will tell you and your body will tell you if you got it right or not, replay the viedo if you want to and u will see that I'm explaining it correctly. Flare is for people who are skinny or have abs or works out and have lots of muscle in them. And the flare it's mostly in the legs part you have to swing like your swinging a hulu hoooooop over your waist.😊🖐

Hi boy my sincerely congrats I enjoyed watching this video, when I was a guy the windmill without hands was my best step I can remember I had a good agility. I longed to do this flare step, but it in those times was a step only for gymnastics I never got to do it. I'm talking about the firts years of the breakdance, I was a break dancer in 1984 till 1986 when I finished my prepa and when to the army ( in my country it's must to go). My greetings from Cali-Colombia. 👍👍
