Here’s very brief breakdown on the proper technique for each obstacle. I didn’t cover all of the ones on the kids course because I have never done any of those and they aren’t official obstacles. Also I do ninja warrior on this KZbin channel and you can check it out if you want. (This took a while btw) 5:50 you want to run across that quickly either with your feet pointing outwards. Also make sure to keep your chest foward so you don’t fall backwards. 7:40 you want to do that one with your legs strait and your arms out to balance you. Also you can do it duck footed too which is what I usually do. 9:10 that’s not a real obstacle so I have no clue how to do it. 12:51 you did that right but you can also take 3 steps on each one if you want to be cautious. 13:08 nice job shuffling across but I really recommend going faster if you use that technique. Never do this one with your feet directly forwards because you’ll probably fall. 13:11 rock your hips hips to the the swing side to side and also when you reach to the next one pull backwards on the one behind you get get momentum. 13:55 you want to cat hang each bar and that means to clamp the bar with your feet but have your feet at about waist height so you don’t slip off. 14:30 push your waist forwards to go forwards on the rings and when you have to go up on the lip you want to drive your knees upwards and pull with your upper body. 14:50 you want to face foward and put your hands and feet against the wall. This one is hard to explain but you can see this on the tv show. 15:20 run as fast as you can and get your first step as high as you can on the wall. When you get to the point where you can run up it anymore you want to push upwards and reach for the top.

Eddie, you sir, are an inspiration. Not just to physical form and athleticism, but a great spirt of sportsmanship and maximum effort. Most of all though, you're out there showing that hard work can lead to great fun. I hope someday to enjoy my life as much as you seem to be doing.

When was his greatest display of good sportsmanship, do you think? Was it blocking his friend from being able to climb up the wall or was it throwing things at his friend while he was trying to balance? =P
