I have been learning and practicing with your videos for the past few days and I'm learning so much. Your teaching method is excellent. Thank you so much for putting these videos together for beginners like me. I feel the progress already and it's very encouraging. Much gratitude from Canada!

Starting at 5:03, Lisa, you gave some excellent suggestions that will help me and that I will share with my friends on my KZbin channel. It is so frustrating to try to learn chords, chord transitions, strumming patterns and singing all at the same time! I like the idea of being able to put the ukulele music on auto pilot (I don't have to think about it) when I start to sing a new song. Happy patron, Rich.

Love this .. just got off a cruise which took us to Hawaii .. on the ship days the cruise line , Holland America had Hawaiian Ambassadors that taught us to play the ukulele. There were 50 for us strumming away .. . We performed on the “World Stage “ while another 40 or so passengers , have had dance classes , did the Hulu . it was wonderful with so much joy and energy . . Once home I dug up my old ukulele and found you to get me inspired and keep on playing . You’re a great teacher ❤hello from Canada 🇨🇦

Love love love your videos. I was in a childhood uke group in elementary school. After trying piano, guitar, flute and harp, (not very successfully) I have gone back to the uke after a 50 year hiatus. I still love this instrument and your videos are excellent! Being a patreon is a great way to get sheet music that I like. You know all the songs from my childhood and I love how easy your arrangements are. Keep up the good work! I wish there was a uke group near me in South Texas.

Only my second day learning the ukulele. I haven't got any previous experience or with the guitar, so it's all completely new. At the moment I am just picking it up for 10 minutes here and there. This was a lovely video. It's such a great song. I love the strumming pattern. I have hope that I could actually learn to play😊 Thank you

This is truly a most beautiful song and the perfect song on which to finish my marathon. I have played (or attempted to play) over 250 songs since I began. I would say that I am playing no less than 50% of them in a more than acceptable manner; 25% of them needing some aspects of improvement (e.g. fingerpicking, better chord changing, better lyrics to chords); and 25% of which are at present rather a struggle. I joined Patreon in January 2021, so I am not unhappy with my progress, which I owe completely to you. I’m off on a Caribbean cruise for March (with my ukulele), but will hit the practising button again as from April. Thanks again, Elaine
