Actually I do believe that when Aaron left a big piece of the show left with him. I think the best car they ever built was the Falcon Aaron raced up Pikes Peak. That was a unique and very cool car and a fantastic episode. Just my stinky opinion.

Pretty sure Richard is making more money just flipping cars without the show. Can’t deny his success. I’m glad he made it. Dude was broke and living on a couch and he became a millionaire in 10 short years. Arron was a big part sure but Richard had the vision and made it happen.

Loved seeing Richard lose his ass at an auction because of the low bids on his cars at no reserve. Guess that shows you just how "great" his builds were.!

I watched the show at the beginning but similar to OCC the arrogant theme gets old . Rawlings buddy Dennis Collins spun his show into a consistent well rounded program. Fast and Loud was something new and different but it faded as people left and Rawlings in your face attitude gets old.

Without Aaron the show lacked. The discovery channel helped kill it also. The scripted "reality" shows ruined television. Most people hate Trump because he fired Omarosa for Christ's sake. Reality TV sucks!

RR was an all out Narcissist. I usually don't watch US car shows except for Roadkill. They all focus on the specific personality and not the cars they hack up. Its like the difference between American football and rugby - all show, lots of advertising, chatter and noise but little substance and action. Americans are good at making boring stuff somewhat exciting by trying to talk it up with alot of drama and fake bling.

For what many of his cars sold for, it always seemed like they spent far more money than the selling price, and that didn't even include the labor cost. It seemed very unrealistic after a while. Most of his cars did terrible at auctions. It was still fun to watch especially during covid lockdown, I binge watched as many car shows as possible.

This is the way most automotive series shows wind-up, they all operate on the same premise, drama, meeting impossible deadlines, tensions, between coworkers pulling off one miracle, and on to the next one, American hot rod...American chopper monster garage, west coast choppers, Overhauling, Unique auto, after awhile its not about the cars anymore and more about the personalities of the guys building them...

I'm glad that Richard had the business savvy to push past the corporate company "control" seemingly selling part of his soul for the possibility of unknown opportunity. I think his company is better off as they are now controlling their own dialogue and choices in their own format than what was mandated by bean & rating counters to generate whatever drama they feel is the flavour of the season 🙄 Content is a funny thing. You can't cater to the masses. It won't work. Find your groove. Hold the line. I had the good fortune to tour the facility the other day. I was enthralled by many of the creations on 4 wheels. My wife was in love with some of the custom furniture! Aaron was an AMAZING host showing us around with genuine gratitude and interest that we were there. THANK YOU guys to ALL of you that put your Blood, Sweat and Gears into the workings of this amazing non-corporate run business!!

His timing was key to his success. I used to watch the show and yeah it was a good show and I been watching the old episodes on Max lately and he's talking about $2,000 to rebuild an engine and its hilarious. Now you can't buy anything for an antique car for $2,000. And at the end of the show at shows how much you spend in his prophet, his prophets wouldn't make sense for a modern times. There's no way a business could function off of that little bit on a weekly basis unless Discovery was pouring money into the pot which I'm sure they did

Gas Monkey Sucks now unfortunately and has done for a long time. YOU NAILED IT BRO.
