Orbison died December 6, 1988. So he has only been dead for 35 years and around 6 months. No opening his tomb after 40 or50 years.

And a VERY nice man. Met him during that time when he was playing tiny clubs before the will buries comeback. He came and sat at our table during his break. He asks us about us, we're we students, what are we majoring in, did we play guitar and sing etc. Very down to earth and genuinely interested in others.
