Simultala has a golden glorious story of its past and its
testimony can be found in form of hundreds of villas that still
stands on its soil. Simultala was a divine health resort of British
era, its has a special significance in Bengali community.
Simultala is a place where one goes for lazy
walks mile after mile through forest and
hillocks and come back refreshed.
The sound of silence, the far bigger sky
dotted with innumerable twinkling stars and
the pristine settings makes one go back to
the nostalgic past.
Most of famous stalwart of past like
Then General Viceroy of British India, Queen of Dhaka and
many more had their villas here and it still stand firm on
this land.
A legend of his times, the owner of the film company "New
Theaters", Calcutta, Shri B.N. Sarkar's bungalow at
Simultala is a living testimony of its glorious past.

Whenever i used to visit deoghar , its was i think 1 or 2 station prior to jasidih , and when train used to stop or pass by this place i used to see magnificent palaces and kothi here was always curious who built it in middle of nowehere , wanted to visit it someday to get the answer, my wild guess was as it house a simulatala schools which is quite popular so teacher or headmaster living there would have settled then left , but now i Know the reason maybe will visit Someday too

I am from rajwara katoria.. Simultala is about 20 km far from my villege. Govt ko ispr dhyan dena chahiye ek tourist place ke roop me isko develop krne pe. Jitni khubsurati se iss video me ye btaya gya hai woh Or v jyada khubsurat hota agar govt iss jagah pe dhyan deti toh.. May be aane wale waqt me yeh govt ki nazaron me aaye..

THANKS we had VISITED SOUTHERN Bihar in 1964 1965. As Bsc GEOLOGY students. We found it beautiful simple warm people. Later it appears that Caste politics Dirty selfish Politicians had ruined Bihar. Those days it was rich in minerals natural beauty rivers lots of water .Rich Dhanbad Ranchi Tatanagar Chaibasa .Kodarma Green Hazaribagh. Tillaiya Maithan dams ..Better to live with grand memories of that Simple warm Bihar of 1964 65..May.like to see Leechies orchards Darbhanga in North Bihar and GANGAJI in Patina . . .

My village is in simultala. Yes, the place could be much more than what it seems presently.
