I love the comic relief that Eric adds to the videos. When he put on his gloves, but oh when he (air quotes)tasted the dust or lack of dust lol had me laughing so loudly!! Keep it up I love the dynamic you two have on camera !!!

I'm so picky over my floor,lol. When I seen you take off your socks when you mopped the floors, I cringed a little, lol. There was so many foot prints left. I love watching you clean, you do it with so much style and grace, I'm running all over the place when I'm cleaning.

lol! I'm the same way about my floors, Crystal! I actually went back over it, so~ no worries!! I'm REALLY relaxed when I clean because I'm listening to the spa channel on my TV, while I clean lol! It really helps! I'm thinking about all sorts of stuff because I'm so relaxed! Thanks so much for stopping in and I'll see you in the next one!! xo Tan

Crystal Cooke When I wash the dishes and clean the house, it gives me the opportunity to relax my mind and think about things that are soothing to me. In a weird way, it's like getting in some me time without thinking about the worries of the day.☺

What is the paint color on the walls in your dining room? I just love it. Very calm and soothing. So many people paint their dining rooms a dark red, but I think the color you have is much more elegant and tranquil.

Hi Tan, I don't know if you have a Dyson cordless, but I use that first on my floors, then I swiffer. The Dyson sucks up literally everything.

Hi! Love your videos! When you can’t find your rolling pin or don’t have one just use a wine bottle, it will do the job! It happened to me once and that’s what I did. Remember my grandma once mentioning that they did it back in the old days. Just a suggestion!😊 Your house is gorgeous! I live in 🇵🇹 Portugal.
@ASouthern18 жыл бұрын
since you have so much hardwood maybe you should check a janitorial store to get a big dust mop like they use at schools or the big swiffers like they use for basketball gym floors instead of the small dry swiffer. that would make cleanup so much faster, just a few swipes.
@raige738 жыл бұрын
When you film your cleaning segments it would be easier to watch it sped up instead of real time. Not that you asked for my advice lol. I love your videos and I love that your channel is growing. You inspire to be fit and fabulous. I don't have children but I'm still unfrumpy lol

I disagree, many times I am actually cleaning with Tan. Most yters speed up their cleaning routines. I want to see and experience the cleaning routine. Thanks Tan!

Ms.sweetea E I agree she has done a great job with her house. I was just giving her unsolicited advice because I want to see black youtubers with tons of subscribers. It her video she clearly she can do what she wants. I just don't watch the clean with me videos and that's ok because I still love her channel.

Hi Tan -Guilty as charged. I believe that you were referring to me about noticing that the bench was gone to your diningroom table. I fell in love w/that table when I saw it in one of your videos over a year and a half ago. My plan is to get it once I move into my new house next month. ZGallerie has since discontinued the one that you have & now have the Empire one which looks like the same table. It just has more of a gold tone to it online vs yours having a champagne look to it. I'm sure that I will love it just the same. Also that pizza looks delish! See you in the next video!

Tan, why don't you try mopping starting at the very inside of the room and working your way out? That way, you won't leave footprints and walk on the wet floor. Just a suggestion! You and Eric crack me up. 😂

Over time that mop will leave residue on your floors. Get yourself a rubbermaid reveal mop - it has an on board bottle you can refill with your own cleaner and a removable washable pad. I use 1 cup each of vinegar, water, rubbing alcohol - 2-3 drops of dawn blue dish soap and a few drops of peppermint essential oil (optional). Or just attach a microfiber cloth to your swifter mop and lightly mist the cleaner onto floor mopping up one section up at a time. Your floors will have no reside or streaks and will shine like glass.

I vacuum it up and use a janitorial size swifter with microfiber covers from amazon. You can purchase one from home depot or lowes, even Walmart. Also can order online. My vacuum is for floors and carpet.
@clovisl3818 жыл бұрын
they do sell a larger swifter that's wider...we use one at my job..not sure if you can find it in the store or ordering online...it takes two dry swifter sheets to cover it... just some FYI in case you want to explore this option

Hey Tan! Your home is beautiful! I too wanted a larger Swiffer for my wood floors. They actually have & sell Extra Large Swiffer sweeper "dry cloths" at Walmart. The only reason it has not so good reviews is because they don't make the Swiffer "wet" cloths in the extra large size to go along with it, so people were upset about that. However if you only want it bigger for sweeping purposes like me, then it's perfect!

You do such a great job cleaning. Tan, how much was that box of Swiffer pads? Up here in NYC they want $18.99. I have been using Swiffer over 12 years, but I just said I REFUSE to pay that much anymore. I went to Amazon and they had the reuseable Swiffer pads. They just arrived today and I can't wait to use them tomorrow. There were 6 in a pack for $8.99. You have to wash them FIRST before use. Didn't I see you using the Swiffer dusters before? What happened? You know we love to see Eric show up in your videos😂😂😂. Don't hurt him too bad!

Hey there UnfrumpyMommy! I notice that you use a lot of products from the dollar store. Could you do a video where you compile all of your favorite dollar store products, ie storage containers, cleaning products, personal care items etc.? I go to the dollar stote but find that I am skeptical of their products because I am one to invest in quality products, but I don't mind saving money here and there. Thanks! Keep the videos coming.
