I don't understand the reluctance/hate on De Ligt coming from the other Man United fans. He has performed for Bayern when called upon. Had performed well for Ajax and the Dutch National team. And even his time at Juventus, while he didnt have the best time there performed quite well. He might not be the fastest sure. Though he has played an high line for most of his carreer, was managed by Ten Hag at Ajax and has played with Martinez before as an CB pairing. He is an strong tackler, strong in the air and is an good leader.

This is pounds not euros so most of the teams who would be interested in these players anyway will be using euros and not alot of clubs can afford to splurge money wastefully on mid players like United has over the years. 2. If the sole purpose of this exercise is rebuild our squad so we can challenge on the big stages again,then we shouldn't bicker around over 5-10million differences over players we deem are mid anyway.
