Ten Hag should be playing Amass at left full. Let him step in now and rotate him when Malacia is back. Shaw would be better off as a left sided centre back. Injuries having such an impact is down to the players not being of a top premier team quality. Majority of new signings weren’t starters for teams in the bundesliga, ligue 1 and eridivise. Only starters Utd bought were from teams like Bologna and Ajax. It’s not surprising that players that couldn’t get a starting place in a bundesliga aren’t any better than the players that have been at Utd for years, starting in the premier week in and week out. Why do we assume new players are better than what we have? Utd used to not only buy starting players from the best teams in the premier and European leagues, they used to take teams star players. Olise, ten years ago, is coming to Utd, not Bayern. Now it’s Antony. Injuries hurt us because half the squad isn’t a top 6 prem team standard
