Oh my, yes. I'm doing a Mina marathon and when I rewatched this , I was recalling all of the times I have apologized when I didn't do anything wrong...I feel like this has been so ingrained in us as women, to be the nice girl. I remember one time..I was in a boutique trying on clothes, and the music in the fitting room was loud. The SA accidentally opened my fitting room door when I was in the middle of changing. She didn't say anything...just stood there staring at me. I was apologizing to HER!! When I went to pay for my things, she still said nothing! These are the moments that I revisit and cringe...thank you Mina for bringing this to my awareness....stepping into more of that Goddess/bish energy thanks to your teachings 💕

They would have her wait or reschedule her appointment or rush through it due to their poor time management the natural consequence is "I understand you're not ready." This experience doesn't work for me.And they lose a good customer. They couldn't handle new customers anyway find someone who has the container to do so. hence timestamp 6:30 and 9:17

My marriage also has transformed through inner work and becoming a Bish!! you’re so right ppl love you more when you’re authentic, nice girls finish last for a reason. In my nice girl mode, I so wanted to please ppl and manipulate ppl into liking me. Once I stopped caring and started showing up as the feminine savage that was already in me, those who align with my new energy love it, others are triggered by it and others deselected. Either way I’m living unapologetically and I’m so happy, my husband is obsessed with my Bish energy and I get to have it all!

This is the way God intended you to become all along 100% Authentic in all aspects of life. Being honest or talking in a blunt fashion has nothing to do with being a bitch. Every child comes into this world perfect in every way until it takes on the pain and egos of other humans as their own. Always speak your mind it's a sign of strength not weakness. People pleasing is a sign of pure codependent weakness because you have the inability to form your own opinion. people pleasers typically are the baits of narcissists because they want a Yes Man with no opinion that is unwilling to rock the boat because they subconsciously fear any sort of confrontation. confrontation is actually a good thing because it resolves issues versus sweeping them under the rug like a codependent people pleaser would do.. I'm proud of you for overcoming this good luck my friend I love your energy.

They resent her for doing what they're not allowed to do or what they don't give themselves permission to do/be. So they shamed those girls in an attempt to make themselves feel better.

@@reccyre Yeah, I get it. I can relate to being overly controlled by a parent, but I never turned toxic towards others like that. There was one point when I did feel a bit envious of healthy people who are supported, but that went away pretty quickly.
