At the core of being a bish is being in the energy of "my needs are not shameful" . I get to have my needs, no shame. This allows healthy shame to take its place and it manifests as healthy boundaries and vulnerability.

Currently not answering phones, responding to messages saying “oh sorry I won’t be able to do that” , and practicing keeping my mouth shut when people purposely mention their problems around me. Oh my, yes. I'm doing a Mina marathon and when I rewatched this , I was recalling all of the times I have apologized when I didn't do anything wrong...I feel like this has been so ingrained in us as women, to be the nice girl. I remember one time..I was in a boutique trying on clothes, and the music in the fitting room was loud. The SA accidentally opened my fitting room door when I was in the middle of changing. She didn't say anything...just stood there staring at me. I was apologizing to HER!! When I went to pay for my things, she still said nothing! These are the moments that I revisit and cringe...thank you Mina for bringing this to my awareness....stepping into more of that Goddess/bish energy thanks to your teachings 💕

" I understand why you think that / that you feel this way AND/ yet this doesn't work for me" " allow natural consequences to happen" from what I remember, with the appointments, it was more of accommodating, showing understanding and apologizing. They would have her wait or reschedule her appointment or rush through it due to their poor time management the natural consequence is "I understand you're not ready." This experience doesn't work for me.And they lose a good customer. They couldn't handle new customers anyway find someone who has the container to do so. hence timestamp 6:30 and 9:17

This video is amazing, thank you. I used to be the same way, and people didn't show as much respect, and I did feel resentment. It is SO empowering to set personal boundaries and say no to what does not resonate. Yes, no more over apologizing! I've shared this with my mom and other women in my life, and we all stopped saying sorry when it wasn't necessary. Excellent point that people ARE capable of figuring things out for themselves! No need to sacrafice ourselves to save people. Loving your BISH vibe Mina! 👑💖🙏🌟

Every time I have something on my mind Mina you bring out a video discussing it. I want random men to know they can't come in my field just like that because I appear sweet. A guy had the audacity to compliment me with bashing other women because I was more clothed and then said men don't like stuck up women and I don't seem that way. I had to tell him he's mistaken, I am stuck up lol. So now I'm trying to exude such energy in my photos and communication so that they know I'm not the one but remaining in my natural kind energy. This video has just come for me at the right time, that's exactly what I needed to hear. My mother has been conditioning me through my entire life to be a dormat, a pushover and that my whole existence is wrong. But even though I've often heard "a bish (in original) doesn't mean anything wrong or negative", doesn't it sound offensive and derogatory? That should be something normal!

God completely removed the people who were taking advantage of me and who largely did not have my back. Because of this people pleasing behavior, my relationship was declining, my significant other hated this to the core. Now I can see that he was protecting me from the cold vultures trying to prey over my kindness. Now I understand him. I can now focus on my career and do what's best for me. It was also a health issue (my eyes twitching for 3 days straight) that was the final straw for me. I stopped pleasing others so much, caring so much about what others thought and keeping my truth back for fear of offending others. One doctor thinks it was nystagmus, which is usually caused by stress and fatigue.

Beautiful message Mina, God bless you for what you’re doing for women! Just by you being you and living your best life, you’ve inspired me so much and changed my whole existence from the inside out. My marriage also has transformed through inner work and becoming a Bish!! you’re so right ppl love you more when you’re authentic, nice girls finish last for a reason. In my nice girl mode, I so wanted to please ppl and manipulate ppl into liking me. Once I stopped caring and started showing up as the feminine savage that was already in me, those who align with my new energy love it, others are triggered by it and others deselected. Either way I’m living unapologetically and I’m so happy, my husband is obsessed with my Bish energy and I get to have it all!

This is the way God intended you to become all along 100% Authentic in all aspects of life. Being honest or talking in a blunt fashion has nothing to do with being a bitch. Every child comes into this world perfect in every way until it takes on the pain and egos of other humans as their own. Always speak your mind it's a sign of strength not weakness. People pleasing is a sign of pure codependent weakness because you have the inability to form your own opinion. people pleasers typically are the baits of narcissists because they want a Yes Man with no opinion that is unwilling to rock the boat because they subconsciously fear any sort of confrontation. confrontation is actually a good thing because it resolves issues versus sweeping them under the rug like a codependent people pleaser would do.. I'm proud of you for overcoming this good luck my friend I love your energy.

They resent her for doing what they're not allowed to do or what they don't give themselves permission to do/be. For example in my community girls who are brought up being very restricted and controlled by their parents in every way were very resentful toward girls who were raised by chill parents who didn't police their every move. So they shamed those girls in an attempt to make themselves feel better.

@@reccyre Yeah, I get it. I can relate to being overly controlled by a parent, but I never turned toxic towards others like that. There was one point when I did feel a bit envious of healthy people who are supported, but that went away pretty quickly. Mainly I just view them as an example of how I want to be more like, rather than going the toxic route of trying to make them feel bad or something like this.

Hi Mina, thank you for sharing such amazing content. I have gone through a similar transformation from people pleaser to a bish..:) and now when I think about starting my own KZbin channel, I can't help but wonder if I'm going back to this "saviour/pleaser" mindset..what do you feel about the desire to serve and does it involve some pleasing or wanting approval..
