Throughout the Second World War, there were many different torture methods used inside of the concentration camps. One brutal guard who was known as the Tiger of Auschwitz was Wilhelm Boger, a sadistic SS official who was known as a torturer. He even invented his own torture method, the Boger Swing in which a prisoner was suspended from a bar in the air, and then beaten badly by guards. This torture method was ruthless and could even result in the deaths of a prisoner.
