Absolutely right what you have told about the issues regarding pollution rising in GUREZ VALLEY, Please we all require to be concerned. Firstly the local residents and hotel owners is required to be very very serious about it. Then, we the travellers & administration also have their responsibility. It is my earnest request before all " Please save GUREZ VALLEY, the land of natural beauty of the Kashmir region."

Undoubtedly, Gurej seems to be a heavenly marvel of beauty descended on earth. Barren mountains with interspersed lush green mountains and meadows, lush blue lakes and crystal clear water flowing in the river are enough to capture and mesmerize one's mind and soul. Last but not the least, the litter around the river is an alarm not only to the tourists visiting Gurej but also to the local administration to prevent piling of litter around. This will help to keep the natural beauty intact in the long run..Very good Abhishek..

You shown the beautiful way to Gurez valley so nicely but got disappointed to see the real picture in the last part of clip that is the dirt, plastic, filth near to reiver camp site, construction aa around, lack of service, electricity and other issues which forcing me to change the plan and instead explore Pahalgaon and other surrounding areas having few good treks, since we are trekkers.

I don't think the pollution is spread by Kashmir people, I feel it's tourists majorly. maybe there are lack of facilities, although I feel they can facilitate dustbins easily and move towards sustainable development. I've visited doodhpathri, and there was same issue. although srinagar is very clean due to strict restrictions of no use of plastic. Great video.

This is true. I am Glad you raised. I am seeing both himachal and Kashmir have become very dirty. It's all to do with our own people. Everywhere there is a filth thrown by tourists and locals. People are not understanding that cleanliness will boomerang on their incomes

In the race of earning money, they are selling nature.... our country is great to destroy every beautiful place... same thing happening in SiSSU after Atal Tunnel, Leh - Totally commercialized got dump yard/landfill as well , Pangong Lake got 3-Idiot scooter

All over the country . Irresponsible waste disposal.. larger problem is Govt has to provide for proper rules of disposing of waste and create infrastructure.. else it will always go out of hand of individuals.. like Dust bins placed strategically to collect and disposal

Without social awareness and stern Governmental supervision, it's impossible to maintain quality of a place.Last time I visited Kashmir, I was shocked to see deforestation and immense garbage.Same I saw in Ladakh too on my wau to Pangong ,Tso Moriri, etc.Very disappointing. Dal lakw if Kashmir, houseboats have no sewerage system.Astomishingly,no one is interested to cleanse such places, neither the locals nor the Administration. India overall is so nice but sadly very dirty.

Lovely episode as always..Trash..nothing irritates/saddens/frustrates me more than the callous attitude towards this..n yes, tourism/"development" always at the cost of the environment. Look at Leh/Ladakh..I'm sorry to say but "3 idiots" did more bad than good for the place..sad😢

You firstly stop covering history into your travel videos. Your own product is severely getting distorted due to your complete lack of basic Itihas and Anthropological understanding and mere exposure of the very place. Gilgit Hunza Nagar Baltistan are not parts of Pakistan (Papistan) but illegal PoK of legal Bharat. Do correct with written message if you are not a Secular Bígôt.
