If we take morissons as an example. They should have a scheme where you can get a plaque to use their car parks at night only. Part of that is an app or phone number to ring if there are any issues. That means they can get a notification to look on CCTV etc. A quid pro quo. The second bit, you are more likely to shop with them.

A good tip if you’re combining keto with fasting, please don’t have a bullet proof coffee. The calories will break your fast. Only have clear drinks between eating windows, like black tea, black coffee & water. Good luck with the keto as you progress.
