Hey everyone, I'm an Israeli who lives in Israel right. my government's action disgusts me, and I wish I could do something about them. I have friends and family serving on the front line right now, and so many of us have to run to a bomb shelter every day, but that is the worst of it. I cant even imagine what being in Gaza would be like. I try to talk to people about this online, but to no avail. From the sentiment I read online, most people are all in on genocide. we have Israeli propaganda trying to send out the message "there are no civilians in Gaza, it's 2.2 million terrorists, we should starve, kill and displace them all" in primetime TV. i want to say that if not for my family and friends i would have left, but honestly I want to help bring about the change to try and steer politics into a more productive and just system, and maybe get this country away from its fascist direction it is currently in. About the only blessing in this whole conflict is the public sentiment towards Netanyahu is at an all time low, with soldiers and massacre survivors openly accusing him of the bloodshed. He will not survive this politically, and there are many more moderate politicians ready to replace him . May we live to see better days.

I can't even begin to understand what it must be like, when it's your country's government doing it and you're physically in the country, most likely without having any real influence on the events (you probably can't just walk into Netanyahu's office and order him to stop this madness). I hope you and your family suffer no harm, and neither do any other Israeli civilians. Just as I wish there was no harm done to Palestinian civilians. One thing I wonder about, though. If it seems like Netanyahu's not gonna remain in power past this conflict, due to low public support... What is there to stop him from doing whatever even more psychotic thing he may have uo his sleeve?

Should every American be held in contempt for Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Vietnam or Iraq? No, not at all. @user-lfk9et2og3Fascism is when someone appeals to a «natural» or «traditional» order that justifies the suppression of certain minorities, when someone fetishizes domination, strength, violence, masculinity, and argues that the culture is under threat from «lesser degenerates» that «weaken the strength» of the culture because «marxist elites» or academics are spreading degenerate ideas like non-standard sexuality, feminism, animal rights, ethnic minority representation and the like. Fascism is by nature authoritarian and often religious, because it thinks it’s justified to suppress, even kill minorities or remove them from public life for the sake of the «traditional order». This is, very explicitly, fascism and fascist rhetoric. It’s Hitlers rhetoric, as well as the modern right-wing.

One detail that bares mentioning, Israel uses human shields as well. Not only is its largest military base in the middle of a civilian nexus in Tel Aviv, the whole purpose (other than ethnic cleansing, which is the primary purpose) of the settlements is to be human shields. While most other countries with security concerns, real or imagined, deliberately keep their populations away from the contested lines of separations and deploy forward operating bases there, Israel deploys civilians (either genocidal freaks like Eristocracy who deliberately went there from an upper middle class home in North America to live there because they are messianic crackpots, or people who simply cannot afford to live anywhere else but in these heavily subsidised settlements - specifically actual refugees from horrific places like Russia or poor native born Israelis whose one chance to owning a home is to move to a settlement).

I had a channel with 20k subs and I wanted to use it to spread awareness about this situation, and youtube deleted my channel because I posted a clip of the fighting between hamas and the IDF. There was no blood or gore or even people dying in the video. It was a tank getting hit by an rpg. KZbin said I was promoting a violent criminal organization. The only reason I posted it is because I thought the clip illustrated the intensity of the combat in this conflict (how insane it is), and what asymmetric warfare looks like. I even blocked out all the water marks. I appealed, and they denied my appeal with a very simple dismissal. Basically said, too bad. Censorship about this conflict is insane.

America did that at during the start of the war on terror if you didnt support what america did 100% you were anti America. Russia tried to pull that crap saying people were being anti russian for arming Ukraine. China kinda dose it but maybe they should be just as loud if they really want to do some crappy stuff just scream that the world is anti Chinese and be as obnoxious as America Israel and Russia. Other nations also do it as well but America Israel and Russia are the loudest one's like they will slam other nations over the head then cry when a reaction happens.

1. Israel is partially responsible for creating and supporting hamas 2. Netanyahu is a currupt leader that had no interest in the peace process nor in the security of us living close to gaza (which he put in low priority in favour of the settlement). All that being said, does not dispute the fact that Hamas is the acting leadership of gaza , and that they are using human shields and actively preventing gazans from leaving the war zone. Sorry, but you cant keep the peace process before hamas is fully defeated and you can't do it unless gaza will be fully concoured and the people living in gaza deradicalized (like germany was after ww2) and war has casualties. Of course, netanyahu should be fully charged for leading up to this events. But im pretty blackpilled that any other solution is possible now.

@4:00 I have seen my fair share of rather explicit video footage from various wars, especially the most recent stuff coming out of Ukraine. I questioned that 500 body count immediately as well. Even if they were all standing together, it's unlikely that it would have killed that many. Those bodies would stop the shrapnel after it goes though a couple/few bodies. It then occurred to me that maybe they were full inside of dead bodies, and these were being stacked outside the hospital to make room inside, and to make it easier for someone to bury them later in a mass grave. Also, I suspect many people die either on their way to the hospital or while waiting to be admitted...so they may have been stacking such cadavers in one area near the hospital for pickup/burial.
