I’ve been following Amanda for years and was so excited to see that she came on your show. She has helped so much with having a better relationship with food and would love to see her come back!

Yaaaaassssss! Would love to have her come back please 🥰 Nutrition really isn't given more importance in Medicine. It's never too late to learn and I'm learning so much from you guys 💕 My family has the same principles as Amanda's btw. 😂 It was even harder to consume what was on the plate when they were the ones who put how ever much food on there. 🥲 Much love from the Philippines 🥰

Yall, twiggy is 72 years old... and set standards with my mother's generation. Haha. My mother never body shamed me but my step dad and many boyfriends sure did. I am so grateful that I had a son, because it is truly hard to break the cycle with girls. It is a shame that women and society hold each other to such high standards for beauty when a healthy body is a beautiful body! I feel that to eat intuitively, you first have to take a long break from the s.a.d way of eating and show your body how it feels to be healthy. Eating healthy often requires a reset. So many people think they are craving things that are absolute crap and give in because "their body wants it" when it is really the microbes in the gut and your brain giving in to "just eat the other half of that vegan cheesecake".
