My 2 1/2 year old vegan son loves watching you too! I made your cheese steaks the other night and he LOVED it! Ate a whole one on his own. I added in some spinach on top just because I love giving him his greens, but they were great. I will be making them for my non-vegan parents (who are very supportive of my lifestyle and have cut out meat A LOT from their diets since I've been vegan). Love your recipes and we'll be continuing to watch :)

I`m vegan too and I don`t drink much. I don`t party and get drunk. I think we are known to be health conscious and not big drinkers (vegans). Maybe she`s joking?

I'm not joking! I'm just from a country where not drinking is seen as an absolutely crazy notion. I've only met a handful of vegans too. I know XVX/vegans that choose not to drink exist, I just haven't found very many. :P

Another way to make it easy to raise vegan children is to have them cook with you. My daughter is 8 years old and she loves helping to cook!

I love kale in a stew/hotchpot I believe it is called? Boil potatos with kale and some union. Than mash it all together with some vegan butter ( optional ) and unsweeted soy milk ( or other non dairy milk ). Or you can mash it together with some veggie stock.

I made tofu scrambler today and also made "Indy's Dog Treats" from the cookbook, which my pup is munching on right now. They were super easy to make and he loves them.

Having a dinner with a pile of kale and sweet potato works for me :) I just mix it on the fork and the flavours go together in my opinion :) Loved the video too!

I don't like kale by itself. The flavor is too strong for me. However, I too like it in salads. Along with the kale I also just put in whatever veggies I have in the refrigerator, then instead of dressing I use barbecue sauce. I also put kale in stir fry, on sandwiches, and in smoothies. Also my sister made kale chips once. Those were delicious as well.

Hi i love your channel can you do sometimes like food that does not have coconut or something that its not spicy couse i am allergic to them and its soooo hard couse whenever i look up for vegetarian or vegan recipes they have coconut or chilly stuff in it -its like the zombies are tryng to end me :D:D anyway thanks for beeng so cool and p.s sorry for my bad english :X anyway have a lovely day,love ya bye!

The good thing is that it is so easy to substitute other thing in instead of coconut. Also, we don't like things to be too spicy. Mild is just fine.
