Dogs brains have the same part we do that lights up for love. Yes dogs can love you.

'love' needs to be defined.... Because Americans use that word so much that we forget there's multiple kinds and meanings. Biblically speaking only, there are four: phileo, eros, agape, and storge. I don't think he's talking about a 'feeling' .
