Dimash didn't speak or understand Chinese/Mandarin, and was still able to learn the song phonetically in only one week at the time of that performance.

I think this is DIMASH's one of the best performance. Music is not about crazy high notes, lower notes. DIMASH's every words make sense. And he builds a whole world and take a journey to the hisworld. I mean he has very powerful dynamics and colours. Not only piano , forte. He has mezzo piano, pianosimmo,mezzo forte , sforzando, piano pianosimmo. Crescendo ,diminuendo etc.... You can clearly see every level of dynamics. It is really hard. He obviously trained classically. So, he has this culture in his music. And that crazy range , stage performance , body language. He is very gifted. Handling this kind of gifting is a GIFT. (Education, study hard, care about your voice -body health etc.) He is just 23. I can't describe this. His mother and father are singers too. Especially his mother's voice is angelic soprano. Especially in this performance, he makes cry every people... Dimash has 10 singer's colour in his technic. Hopefully see him in many of many years... Love your reaction. Thank you for sharing

Yes! A proper Dimash analysis should absolutely contain phrases like "He makes me hear color." Perfect! At your 5:11, what you called Diminuendo, is my favorite.

Пожалуйста, пользуйтесь официальным каналом Димаша kzbin.info/www/bejne/jWqpnXeDeNRrgrc

When you see the audience crying in this song it's worth understanding the lyrics & the story of it. He sings it amazingly well of course but the story of the song is incredibly moving & beautifully written. There is a version on here where Dimash explains the story & the English lyrics are shown. Also the woman being sung about is there at the end in dark sunglasses. You will understand when you watch this version with English lyrics...

Awesome, excellent reaction, this i think is my favourite (hard to choose) Dimash singer performances and its so good to have some of the technics explained to us non singers. A while back I read a comment after one of his videos,it was from a lecturer of music in Italy and I cant remember which song it was but the guy said " In the last quarter of that song this young man employed all the vocal techniques that existed" I thought that was quite an accolade coming from someone of his calibre. 🎼👌👍

Woahh thx you2 once again sir!! I'm learning a lot of music vocabulary today!! 😀😀 I love the breakdowns!! Really2 appreciate it!! A lot of people dont realize the amazing things that he has done with his voice. How hard it is too execute... some people underestimate him and say that his technique is bad just because his singing style is not their cup of tea (maybe because it is too unique that it sounds strange for them) 😔 now I can explain it better to them! 😀 This performance is breathtakingly beautiful with a lot of emotions 😍

HQ MusicLover I've watched another vocal coach slander Dimash. He claims Dimash is auto tune because it's impossible to sing like this. He's never researched Dimash history. Yet he's done 3 videos trashing him.
@hqmusiclover3800
@hqmusiclover3800 6 жыл бұрын
Jean Dullin that's not a real vocal coach 😂😂 Vocal coaches will breakdown the performance first and talk a lot about techniques. They will put their ego aside and try to analyze things first. Even the RnB teacher was skeptical at first but he finally comes around as he really understands about vocals and auto tune 😄 (to know that Dimash really has the talent)

Love the way you did the reaction. If you want to listen to Dumash's Late Autumn again,go for the new version (studio). His Chinese pronounciation had improved to almost perfect or the one Gloria Woo did with English subs to know the meaning. Did you noticed the girls were crying. I hope you do a reaction on Dimash Episode 10, he wrote the song when is was 19 (he is 23 now). He had it partially translated to Chinese so the song is in 2 language. It's an instant hit.

So, you're saying it's the melody/arrangement...? I'm looking for something technical. Say you had a student who was singing a sad song. What vocal tips do you have for him or her on how to express sadness? For example (I'm sorry I don't know the term for it), letting your voice "break" at the end of a note? Sorry if I'm a pest ;)
