the problem ive been seeing this season is how a lot of the song choices are super niche and i can see why the coaches aren’t picking them: their voices may be beautiful but their singing style is very limited to the genre they’re singing. might have the judges thinking that there won’t be much creative room when it comes to selecting a song for the knockouts

Try not to judge the entire season off of one song. They will push the artists out of their box once they begin battles.

1, 3, 6, 8,9, 10 and 11. All were good enough to make it; however, 11 only made it because of hitting the high note on the end; otherwise he struggled in the beginning of the song and his delivery during the song wasn't strong. The others only got buzzers because the judges liked the song, because the others didn't sound pro quality.

Well i think Luke Combs described this better then anyone.. He said the audition process is brutal.. Pretty sure he ended up just leaving without performing, but fair to say they missed one there.. I also in retrospect think many people dont recall the names like Morgan Wallen from the voice.. Dont think he went extremely far , and an absolute superstar now..
