Hematogen is a nutrition bar, which is notable in that one of its main ingredients is black food albumin taken from processed (defibrinated) cow's blood. Other ingredients may vary, but usually they're sugar, milk, vanillin.

Such a nice video! It so cool to see my country from your point of view. And you missed the famous Trakai food - kibinas (baked dumpling with various stuffing). It's delicious. And if you ever see a parking sign with little coins on it - it is not free parking. :D There's no free farking in Trakai, except for supermarkets and shops super small parking lots. :D Good luck guys, you look great. Ashley looks liek a twin of my friens, so crazy to watch. :D

Lithuania: A land of rain.
@simonz566 жыл бұрын
Funny enough the Lithuanian word for Lithuania "Lietuva" is derived from two words "Lietus" meaning rain and "Va" meaning here, Hence, Lietuva.
@blueeyedbaer6 жыл бұрын
Mr.Shades that's not true. Lietuva is derived from a hydronim Lietava/Lietauka which itself is a derivative from a word "lietis". "lietus" and "lietis" are related and have a same root, but Lietuva is not a direct derivative from "lietus".

I got the travel bug in the 60s when my family lived in Iran, Turkey and Pakistan for various lengths of time and also took a jaunt through Lebanon, Egypt, and Europe. I've managed a couple trips since then but I think once I retire in 5 years I'm going to have to content myself with following people like you on their travels!
