The biggest crux with Jin wasn't that he had to kill all duplicates. The real issue was that he never really was 100% sure that the one that survived at the end, him, that he was the *real* one. Because all his clones confused each other with the real one at some point. So he had to watch himself kill himself over and over and over and in the end, couldn't even be sure that he was the original. Because the only way to figure *that* out would've been to injure himself to the point where a clone would've disintegrated. But if he *was* a clone...

Okay, two things. 1. You’re right, that is his problem. 2. Now, and feel free to call me crazy, but that shouldn’t be a question. If and his clones lost track of each other, and all the others got killed, shouldn’t they have dissolved if they were clones? So, either one wouldn’t have disintegrated and he would know he was a clone, or they all would have disintegrated and he should have figured out he’s the original.

My favorite thing is that while it is said you will either inherit one of your parents quirks or a quirk that is a combination like Bakugo as both his parents also have sweat based quirks, and Shoto for the reasons you said before, it is possible to manifest a quirk that isn't related to either parents or even the quirk of any ancestor. To me this makes quirks the best as it keeps the variety pretty high within a family and will allow for that family to potentially get stronger

The quirks merged to create One for All. But it was still weak and rapidly past from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. Strength probably didn't start to become a factor until the 4 th user who knew he was too weak and avoided All for One and trained One for All so it be stronger for the 5 th. It probably wasn't really super strength until Nana shimura

I'd love to see a list of quirks that should be more powerful, but are not being used correctly or just ways people should be using their quirks. Like based on how her quirk works Momo should be insanely powerful. She can make chemicals. She may need extra support items to use some of them, but it's not a problem for her to make them. I'm thinking a gas mask as she make's Midnight's gas and gauntlets that she can store Bakugou's sweat in as she should be able to make both of those. She has had things come out of her with force and hold that force while still in her. She had a pole come out of her arm and prevent someone from moving from that force while it was in her arm. She should be able to fling a knife out of her face. Where is her diamond amour, flame thrower, jet pack, mini nuke? Instead she uses her fat on a huge cannon? I think she has the most wasted potential and I'd love to know your opinion on who should be doing better.

The problem I see in OFA vs AFO is that they seem to work very differently in regards to the composite Quirks. AFO can, at best, add them together to make effects a bit superior to the original Quirk, while OFA seems to multiply them by one another, as well as by the well of energy in it. Because we are seeing a OFA at 45% going against AFO pretty evenly. And sure, Izuku is boosting OFA to 100% or 120% with the Quirks in OFA, but that just means that if he ever could handle the true 100%, he could boost it to something like 200% or more, and that does not even account for the natural growth in it.

Ability to change reality itself and make rules to yourself and others like... giving yourself the ability to make air clones, shoot beams, have super strength and so on, so basically changing rules of reality and giving yourself quirks, or a better version of all for one in my opinion since it can give quirks without touching anyone nor needing anyone, just by thinking them (with some prerequisites ofc) Thx for the vid I loved it!!! Star and Stripes "New Order" absolutely should have placed. I'd have put it in at 2nd. I also would have liked to see Gentles "Elasticity" place, at least an honorable mention. He single handedly prevented anyone escaping the prison he was located at when AFO started prison breaks at seven(?) different prisons. It was also the only prison that had no escapees. And he was able to prevent UA from falling long enough for La Brava to get its systems back up and get it flying again. I can't wait to see this bit animated actually.

Idk if you’re familiar, but the author Brandon Sanderson describes magic/power system as “soft” vs “hard”. Whereas soft is more fantastical and inline with MHA and hard magic system hard more established/definitive rules. Note that it’s more of a spectrum rather than an either/or. Like in Bleach, all shinigami have a zanpaktou that have the potential for shikai and bankai, so there’s order and structure, but each sword is unique, so that’s more “soft” since it’s not 100% replicated. I know it’s not directly related to the greater MHA topic, but having a common language to describe your thoughts in the intro seemed beneficial. Plus, I will always take an opportunity to preach Brandon Sanderson.

Actually, All For One gave the first user of One For All the stockpiling quirk. The quirk the first user did have was the ability to pass on his quirk, which was useless before he gained the stockpiling quirk because there was nothing else to it.

I would say thats more a case of the person Lemillion being powerfull rather than his quirk being powerfull, remember he became so good at timing and precision With his quirk NEXT TO being trained in combat by Night Eye, theres alot of work that goes into using his quirk the Way he does, and i wouldent say theres much vararity in the different ways you Can use the quirk, i mean its just phasing, he Can go thoug Walls and come other places others cant go too, but if he wassent as good at combat (that he became because of how dedicated he was to becoming a hero) he wouldent have bean able to go toe to toe With Overhall, Witch is problebly why it wassent on this list.

I'm surprised Explosion or Reflect aren't on the list, Bakugo's explosive power is definitely more dangerous than Overhaul because yes, Overhaul has a lot of applications but they're entire tied to the user's hands, so if they're blown off or incinerated what can you do then? And Reflect can redirect a lot of damage, Deku had to use 100% of One For All just to break it with sheer force, there's also Cluster for Explosion as well, and the more sweat produced by the user, the bigger and more powerful the explosions are, and you can also fly extremely quick using it, create beams that burn through solid objects, and can use it in tandem with martial arts, so I think it should be on the list, it's also wild nobody talks about how it's always the hotheaded secondary protagonists with abilities so vastly different from the other main characters, like Inosuke, Sasuke, or Hiei are just extremely unique in their verse.

The one thing I dislike about Eri is that she was able to restore Mirio's quirk which was rewound out of existence with a bullet made with her power somehow. Her quirk is to rewind and she shouldn't be able to rewind a rewind. Her quirk shouldn't act like a negative sign that can work in any direction chronologically.

The first OFA user didn’t have a stockpile power initially. His quirk was just a transferable power that could only be passed along, but because AFO wanted bro to stop being a string bean. He gave his younger brother the stockpiler. Honestly, That’s the only reason MHA exists… because AFO was so petty he didn’t even want his brother to have resentment against him and wanted him to join him as well.

I haven't watched the video yet. But I think you really should include koichi's quirk in the video. It might be the one of the most versatile and useful quirk in the whole verse. (If not the best). As it gives you the ability to fly, attack at close range, defensive technique, ability to crawl and most importantly the ability to literally destroy a man made from plasma energy who can use explosive power. I think Tamaki's Manifest quirk is pretty strong. Its like Toga where she consumes blood to get their powers but Tamaki can go an easier route of eating the quirk itself, like the crystal from a villain he fought, or (Spoilers: Eating Nejire's energy... somehow? Then creating a massive creepy plasma canon that recoils even the massive floating island they're fighting Shigaraki in, and the range of that thing was incredible)... Since it hasn't been disproven yet, he may be able to take Toga's route of consuming blood... or pull a Deku and get his hands on his enemy's hair... not to mention just eating normal food grants him already very versatile options...

Deku is a monument to OFA currently being stronger than AFO. He’s currently fighting Shigaraki who has AFO, several quirks due to having AFO including Hyper Regeneration, which All for One the person lacks, strength comparable to All Might, and a body that’s achieved the Quirk Singularity and has become adaptable. The strength and adaptability aren’t even quirks and even with all of those, Deku’s winning. Not only is he winning, he’s yet to take a single hit and he’s managing this with 45% OFA and enough quirk combos to operate at a pseudo 120%. If Deku went into the danger zone of OFA, which he can, his output would be insanely higher considering that he’d not only boost his raw strength but his quirks as well
