Nope. It sure doesn't. The xi3 I purchased is the non-GPS model.

I have a 55 lb thrust motor guide wireless troll motor. Problem is I plug it in. I use my foot pedal and then all the sudden 30 seconds later it pops. Then I got to pull the plug back out of it, plug it back in the socket and I got use of the troll motor again and I work it and it stops all the sudden again and I got to unplug it and plug it back in. What is my problem for once? I never even got a second remote for the one for the one that goes around your neck. I only got a foot pedal so I think the dealership ripped me off

I've never tried it, but according to Motorguide you: Hold Down the Left Arrow, Right Arrow, and Prop button simultaneously within 10 sec of power up on each remote. If you try this, I'm curious to see if it works.
