- The concept of the secure base and its relevance for therapy
- The links between attachment and affect regulation
- The Strange Situation Experiment, and working with disorganised attachment patterns

At age 79, there are so many personal experiences both in the outer world and my inner thought life, that I could write a book. Well worth listening to again and taking notes. Thanks for posting

Barbara Brennan has shown that psycho dynamic ideas have a certain bioplasma that flows outwardly from them. Mother child share a bond whereby the two micro biomes become one. Becoming one or attunement is the key to free energy.

The sun appears to be winking and blinking approval 😅 Seriously looking at Virginia Woolf’s The Waves in which she was attempting the autobiography of one mind thinking (her own fractured psyche as it were) would be a good start. Perceval must pierce the veil of sacrifice for us to reconnect to the cosmic navel and re-attach at the source. Would think Joseph Campbell & Jung fit nicely here as well. God bless and All the Best. Om shanti Om.
