Great to hear the story of JC!!! I have followed his career for many years and have a quick nugget from a personal experience, Johnny was and still is one the the most helpful guys there is in racing, one time in baja I was teamed with Healey and Burnett and we were struggling to start our bike and Johnny came over to help us!!! ... pretty cool when you consider we were racing against him.

Thanks for the interview JC, I met you while racing is a BITD race back around 2004 and even then you took the time to say a few words. Your father son story is a tear jerker man, I have a great father son relationship with my son and would love my son to talk about me the same way when i'm gone which is why I take the time with him all the time. True inspirational stuff thanks again JC and thanks Whiskey for bringing a legend to the show once again!

This was a cool interview, super interesting learning more about the behind the scenes of Baja. Man I hope he is wrong about electric bikes taking over, as neat as they are I don't think I will be able to get excited about riding a bike without the excitement of a big thumping 4stroke or ringing out my old 2stroke and listening to it scream. I just can't see myself having any passion for electric, also the fact that they are automatic is pretty lame.

ITs not the shape or jumps in the track that brings the crowds! ITs not the riders! Its the race, the close race the cut throat competition! Untill they learn this they cant make a good track. I have seen the crowd standing up and screaming, yelling .jumping up&down for a last Chance race with NO BIG NAMED RIDERS in it and then just sitting there like a lump on a log for the main event with all the big name riders. I am a motox/Supercross nut from back in the 70s and watch every lap of every race and even I am getting sick of just the same old jumps, whoops every week! Come on people your guna go the way of NASCAR if you keep doing the same track every week as the Triple Crown type GIMMICKS will not be enough to save you. GOOD close exciting competition will and that is what MADE SUPERCROSS!

The idea that God could only forgive our sins by having his son tortured to death as a scapegoat, is surely from an objective point of view, a deeply unpleasant idea. If God wanted to forgive us our sins, why didn’t he just forgive them? Why did he have to have his son tortured? - Richard Dawkins
