An eye for an eye will leave the whole world blind. Also, the Waqf board doesn't have the power to change the nature of any place of worship. Waqf is primarily meant for charitable purposes. It is similar to how many people donate their lands for constructing temples or some social work. We just know more about them because they are more organised. We can take the claims of the Waqf board to the legal system if we desire to do so. I am not saying that they don't need reforms, but we need an environment of dialogue, which is not something we can see at the moment.

Waqf act can go before 1947 also, but in places of worship act, it should not go before 1947 (2) Waqf act- Waqf tribunal and courts, but places of worship act- court monitored survey also should not be done. (3) waqf act- more than 9 lakh acres of land, properties which is equivalent to area of Pakistan. Places of worship act- mosques built above destroyed temples, but hndus should not reclaim it. (4) Mosques are to be built on clean lands according to their Quran also, but many mosques built above destroyed temples. Why? To show dominance. He conveniently escape when in 1853 this case was mentioned 1st time in British records. The so called mutawali mentioned this disputed structure as masjid e Janmasthan. Masjid e Janmasthan. What kind of masjid is this. And whose janmasthan Babar's, Allah's or Muhammad's janmasthan. 3rd places of worship act. Those are just obiter means passing remarks. No detailed discussion happened on this in court proceedings. They are not part of the actual verdict which you can use in future cases.
