"All aren't saints that go to a church." We all have two types of vocabulary accounts in our brain. The first is Active Words Account. Words we understand and can use in writing and speaking. The second is Passive Words Account. Words we had read or heard and cannot use them in writing or speaking because we haven't cared to understand their meaning. Any amount of words in this account are of no purpose because we cannot use them.
