I was meditating while listening to sadhguru yesterday and instantly found stillness within my mind then I was no longer insane. I have no idea how long IV been insane for, probly 10 years. It's gone now and I have Jesus Christ to thank for his always been there for me setting me free from depression, confusion, fear etc. Glory to God

Anyone know where this plain is at the end of the video? Looks breathtaking! Now with regards to the video, as much as I can listen to Sadhguru and like his inclination to use humor, I do not agree with his use of words like "idiots" and he way he scoffs or mocks things. He does it here, but I've seen and heard it in other speeches and funnily enough the one person who actually knows him too feels exactly the same way. Doesn't take away his teachings, is not to make myself feel better or anything like that, just wish he would find another way to phrase certain things or react to his own ideas of how he sees the world. Just an observation. Thank you for putting these together, even if the voice over / commentator is kind of robotic sounding haha :)

My understanding of the book would be making a conscious response to your situation. This is what he calls responsibility. Ability to respond. Your capabilities are limited, but your responsibility is not. You have the ability to respond. Whatever you do, make it a clear and conscious choice not driven by insecurity, fear, etc . I'm sorry to hear you're being abused. Make the best choices for your peace. Lean on people for support.

I had a similar issue with this titles. Its like the maker of this Videos doesn't understand the Massage of sadhguru at all. But then I realized that it was on purpose. Its brillant. People click on that video thinking they get insight on how to enhance themself by focusing on themself but instead get insight in the Art of devotion which is exactly the opposite. As long as you ar clicking on Video titles like this you have not overcome the thing mentioned in the title.

It was a very Bad cut. Originally he said that humans in general are more emotionally competent that intellectually. You see it in the Main part of this Video, were he said that women get this faster than men that we a generslly emotional creatures. Again, it is a terrible cut.
