How long do you wait for an underperforming employee to respond to all these positive things a leader may implement? At some point, one has to realize that an employee is not helping the business and it is time to move on. I am a people builder, at least I try to be, but I also have a business to run, and at some point I can no longer continue to try these methods if the employee just isn't responding in a positive way.
