That sigil "I connect with my body" is flipping beautiful! As someone with Ehler's Danlos Syndrome, I often feel like I'm in a fight with my body just to keep going. A sigil like that is a wonderful idea. It was so exciting to see both Suzy and Boze in your vlog! I've been following their content for years, and to see everyone I love interconnecting is just amazing.

Don't be afraid is a pretty useful peice of advice. I wouldn't be doing magick if I listened to all the fear mongering people spread about it. Wouldn't be the youngest manager at my job if I let fear control me. Wouldn't be moving to Austin Texas just because I don't like where I'm living right now if I let fear control me. This isn't at all to brag, I have a job and I'm moving, people do this all the time. But it can be scary to many. Sometimes it's good remember that what's scary to me isn't scary to others. Like butterflies. I can't stand the fuckers. Give me a spell to not be afraid of those and my life would be so much better. Idk where this rant was going, but thank you for listening to my Ted talk.

the Green Witch or Annabel Margaret youtube in the background :) I have charmed or spelled my Rings using my emotions which seem to have protected myself from harsh harm for over a year now ,I was in a car accident had concussion my small 4x4 truck was written off but I pretty much walked away unharmed and that was being rear ended from a full sized pickup doing at least 60MPH ( moron was texting) and I was at a full stop so yes I am very sure my rings are protecting me so far :). I really need to find some new Silver mens rings so I can do more just never am able to figure out my finger size hehe ys the tea thing I make a pot every morning and forget that I made a pot .
