My go-to bed spray is a combination of rose water and both full and new moon water. It smells great and you can dilute it to be at the scent level you wish for it to be

I am not a medical doctor, but if you haven't looked into stenosis, it might be worth it in regards to your shoulder! My partner suffered for several years before any doctors bothered to look into it since it requires an MRI to diagnose. But if that's something you want to or are able to do, I hate seeing people get told "it's stress" and being forced to live with chronic pain issues. I appreciate your content so much, it's always beautifully made. I'm not sure you'll even see this comment

Aw the candles are so nice I would not want to use them. I have two questions. When using dried herbs on your candle can you use essential oil alone or would you need a more thicker sticky oil like olive oil mixed with the essential? Another question does anyone here experience getting attached when sleeping and have evil nightmares? Or sleep parlisis?

I’ve seen people use essential oils but I don’t personally. I only use charged oils like olive oil.

Attached when sleeping? Could you explain, because I would like to help if I can, just need more context. I get sleep paralysis, mostly when I lay on my back/sleep at strange times of the day or when I'm feeling anxious before bed. Sometimes it really can just be mundane things that cause them.

@MyWhyGuyShorts oh I didn't realize I wrote attached lol. I meant I get attacked by malevolent energy or entities when I am sleeping. I always have to ask for protection and sprinkle salt. It's annoying. On days when I don't do anything spiritual I sleep fine. I don't talk to demons or do much witch work. I just do small things like crystal, reiki, etc.

I'm always very careful with essential oils because so many of them are very harmful to cats, including very commonly used ones like lavender, tea tree, citrus, eucalyptus. It's something to keep in mind for cat parents.

I think in one of my older vlogs I kinda talk about it - but it’s just a bunch of ingredients (varied in the recipe) covered in apple cider vinegar and some honey and herbs! You can find recipes for them all over!
