@Sam English isn’t her native language and she has subtitles for that reason. Her purpose is to uplift people. She opens up about her traumas. Do you know how hard it is to say publicly “I am abused???” And you catch a word that was imperfect and made fun of her??? And encourage others to join you??? Congratulations. 🎉 If you ‘somewhat’ weren’t like her, you wouldn’t watch this, so…on the inside, I genuinely believe, you have imperfections to work on, too-like all of us. Maybe you should start by asking yourself why finding others’ mistakes makes you happy? Ps. You forgot to put a “.” after you finished your sentence.

The way the cat is even so comfortable in Liz’s presence and energy to rest right by where she is speaking positively
@ellabella70712 жыл бұрын
What is so odd about that?
@anewplaneeveryweek2 жыл бұрын
@@ellabella7071 I’m just saying that she’s definitely treating herself and her life right because animals have a more advanced sense than humans do. Cats usually sleep where they are most safe and comfortable, I just thought it was quite touching to see that the cat is so comfortable around Liz’s energy to fall asleep right by where she is talking. It’s like a mother-child connection because when there’s a strong bond between a mother and her child, the child even could fall asleep no matter if the mother is having a long or a little loud conversation just because the child feels peaceful around her. It’s meaningful to see cats and even other animals be so comfortable to be close to their owners even while they are having a long talk because usually anything would want to fall asleep in complete silence right? And Liz already making a positive impact to our lives and show that she’s a very respectful human being it’s just nice to see that even our animal companions agree.

I have a younger sister and I always try my best to not let her go through the paths that I have been through, I try my best to tell her to be normal with making mistakes and learn from them, I always forward her the videos that Liz posts, no matter where I am I'll forward it to her and tell her to listen to it, what she learnt and what not. I try to be the shield of her life against all the taunts, expectations the family, relatives throw at her. one of the best things that improved my life when I truly learned how to live by it was things don't change unless you do. It used to scare me a lot but it's actually SO empowering once you realize that you can literally go from being your worst enemy, to your biggest supporter and be unstoppable.

omg that is so good ! what made u change ?
@RosaDaniello2 жыл бұрын
@@aishalol I’m going to be honest and say that it was when I felt like I hit rock bottom and things couldn’t go worse. I started getting into manifestation and just surrounding myself of people (online) and concepts that would give me hope instead of crushing me and I started to set small victories like not crying for one day, then for one week, then trying to wake up early when I didn’t feel like I could do it, and it really started from there and I got to a point where I could literally manifest things in a week and just gave me more hope and confidence. The small things that I saw as victories were facts, practical, so it was something that had happened and I could look back and say wow I did it when I was feeling bad, i ‘m not feeling that bad now so surely I can do something about this. I remember I had a note on my phone where I used to write everything I accomplished like “I aced the exam studying only a week earlier” “I managed to follow my schedule during this rough week where I --“ and reading my accomplishments was a boost. Also, big things happen when you shift your energy because I started to attract wholesome people or in general people more aligned with what I wanted to be and negativity started drifting away. Sorry for the long answer but I feel like people make it way easier than it is, actually it’s not but it’s SO worth it. You only have you and you’re enough.

27:26 I actually started crying watching this part. It hit me so personally because no one ever saved me and my siblings even if they knew abt how we’re living and what was happening to us. It felt like they didn’t care enough almost. Tomorrow I’m going to a job centre and a lawyer’s office. I only turned 18 not even a month ago and now I’m dealing with family court, assault charges and domestic violence. But honestly this chaotic opportunity is such a blessing bc now I can finally stand up for my dad and siblings. Update: My mum blew up at me because I wouldn’t let her drive my car. ( she lost her license for driving on drugs btw) I just went to my room to be left alone because I didn’t wanna explain why she doesn’t own it and why I don’t have to give it to her. This made her very angry all day. She kept yelling for hours even tho I wasn’t responding I just told her to leave me alone which made her kick in my door and smash my lamp. She got in my sisters face and started pushing her. I recorded the whole thing and called the police. She then stole my dads car and went to her boyfriends.. the police tracked her down and charged her for having drugs in the car plus driving with no license. Then I got a domestic AVO on her and I also had the option to charge her with breaking my property 😳

I really identify with you Liz. I grew up in a toxic home and I have zero self esteem. I have been feeling very suicidal and worthless for the last few days until I saw this video. Now I feel a bit more empowered to try again. I have a son so I have to stick around for him.

Hi Liz, I'm just here to thank you because honestly right now I'm really struggling because of my eating disorder recovery: these words were exactly what I needed to hear. I'm tired of this life. I'm tired of just trying to survive and not actually living and enjoying life and now I know that I CAN change this, I'm capeble of doing it and I'll try. Maybe I will struggle a lot but I will go over everything. Thank you, really and truly.

This was classic Liz. You changed my life almost a year ago to the day today, and I couldn't be more grateful. I've been feeling very low since the new years, and when I needed you the most - your video was recommended again. Thank you so much for everything

Liz, I lost 30 pounds in 4 months and my lifestyle changes started relatively soon after I first started seeing your videos. I started actually learning more about nutrition and fitness and for the first time in my life, genuinely started taking a logical approach on how to change my health and body rather than always victimizing myself about having a bad metabolism and not being naturally skinny. I have always had trouble with emotional eating and binge eating, anxiety, and since one of the first videos of you I saw about binge eating, then confidence and everything else, it really woke something up in me. I never thought that it was possible for me to drop weight the way I finally did. I am still not at my goal weight, but I have been able to really manage my emotions in everything I do now to take the right steps and properly calculate whatever I want and how to reach to that point. Truly, truly, truly, thank you. Thank you for changing my life for the better and bringing me internal peace by teaching me how to approach life in a way that I can actually get things done and get to everything I aspire to become. Even down to cutting out everyone who provided no value in my life, and now I have been able to level up in every way. I don’t feel held back anymore
