Liz is a major red flag. The amount of bragging in her videos, constantly talking about herself, is a sign of insecurity, not confidence. This girl is the female equivalent of "toxic masculinity".

While I was listening to your video and internalizing what you were saying, I was walking out of the gym, and a REALLY CUTE GUY asked for my number! Your videos really help me a lot especially since this week I was not feeling so confident but you really inspire me to take ownership of my reality and chose to feel confident and proud rather than a victim of my mood and attitude. Thank you Liz!

I just opened my notes app, made a new file and wrote everything down what you said. I feel like I’m learning so much more every time I watch your videos. They make me see things clearer, as how they are. when I was done with writing everything, I noticed that the time was 1:11. I’m taking this as a sign to improve my life for the better. Thank you so so much liz, up to a better life for me.

This is all so well said and so important! I didn't even realize how poor my self confidence was for a really long time. The minute I started actively trying to improve it - by accomplishing even the smallest goal or reminding myself of something I'm good at - my entire life started to improve. I've always been friendly and a good communicator, but it never really got me anywhere because I didn't value myself enough to have real goals. When I paired the new self confidence with my communication skills, my entire life changed. Drastically and quickly. I love your channel, Liz. When I need some encouragement or a reality check, I just pop onto your channel and I always find something that gets me back on track. Thanks! 💚✌️☀️

Girl the energy you are transmitting in this specific video is amazing, YOU ARE RIGHT in everything, because I see all the things you say are only a result of what are you living and who you are. I will always trust the word of someone who is living what they preach. Sending you so much love and wishing you health, you deserve all the things you have and the life you are living.

Most of what she said shocked me because I've been doing those before. But I thought that it is too toxic that I removed it from my life. And her saying those that it isn't toxic and stuff made me realized that I got a better life when I have those in my life. This video and Liz really helped me, this is what I need right now. Thank you so much! Live your best life people!

I love that when she makes a video, she really thinks it through and gives us all the tips. And they may be hard to swallow but they are the truth. I love Liz so much because her videos help me point out to the things I did for my change in mentality and life. I am a huge manifestation girlie but I also believe that you need to work for anything and everything. You need to persist to have anything. Law of assumption/attraction just makes the process flow and become easier. She keeps me grounded to reality and still pushes me further. When I was in the biggest rut, I listened to her videos, one specifically about how to change your life. And I did it. I am who I want to be, where I need to be right now. I'm really happy and content. ❤️

Thank you a lot Liz. Im doing a new routine thanks to you were i try to do one hour with podcast, im treating myself better. Im doing cold showers, im going to the gym even if i feel like i dont wanna go. I keep this discipline and that makes me love myself even more. All because of the way you talk. I was so desesperate other a situationship that didn’t respect my boundaries and kept disrespecting me. And i was sad the whole day. But now that i listen to you, i like him less and i love myself more and im an amazing person. I don’t waste people time so im not gonna let him waste my time and i will just continue with my routine because i deserve to be treated like the queen i am and im treating myself better.

I'm very very confident in myself now and I'm 100% my type of girl like I scream in the mirror everytime I look because of how pretty I find myself lol. But it was not always like this. anxiety and my environment made past me into a very socially unattractive, reclusive girl, who would hate herself and her looks and always be picked on by her looks, specially family. All that is in the past now, because as long as you find yourself attractive, your confidence will be too tall of a barrier for other's opinions to get inside your skin. Or at least, not as much. But we're not perfect and we're constantly working on stuff we need to get better at, and really i CANNOT stress enough how much of a fact it is for me, that in my environment and country I'm not attractive. No one in my family recognizes my beauty, no oe calls me anything because they're more shocked now, because I was completely different in the past. I think that people who know about what you've been in the past, or how your vibe and image was, cannot re-associate as quickly. I changed countries several times, and I was a goddess in other countries, wow, how much of a truth that is lol. And in asia my traits like very pale skin, big clear eyes, ginger hair are very charming, while in my country it's somewhat ugly, being very pale is not attractive, etc. It's really incredible tbh. I wish to work on my self concept more and everyday, so the poor recognition and the things that my own family and my environment said about me in the past, critizicing me, will not ever cross my mind again!

Thank you so much this!! I got more inspiration out of this 30 minute video than out of all the motivational videos I’ve watched!! I’m already on my own path to success, and the road just seems to keep getting crazier and crazier with every move I make. And I’ll admit, there have been numerous times where I’ve wanted to say fuck it and just quit everything. But after that, I look back at all the things I’ve gone through, and I realize that I’m more stronger than I believe! I am a fighter!
