💗 *TIMESTAMPS [& my own points]* • 3:00 / heal your inner child →reconnecting with childhood hobbies. →work on self love. • 4:51 / receive and accept help →be grateful when you receive something. →don't always be stuck on your masculine energy and be too independent. →balance your feminine and masculine energy. • 8:54 / what other people think about you is none of your business →people hate what they cannot have. →confident people don't feel threatened by other confident people. →your only competition is yourself. • 11:21 / don't backbite and engage in rumours → everyone engages in gossiping, just don't spread rumours or talk down about others. →you'll have a bad influence on others. → you won't be trusted. →your relationships will get damaged. • 13:34 / don't settle or compromise →keep your boundaries straight. →keep your expectations right. →don't be afraid to leave negative situations. • 14:57 / know how to communicate your wants and desires →be confident in your worth. →"whenever I'm in a room, people want me to talk." • 16:53 / confidence is knowing yourself →understand your character. →know who you are. • 18:53 / don't make assumptions, always ask why and try to understand →be compassionate and patient. →care for others and ask "why?" →have sympathy. →be certain. • 20:04 / do not chase →"I do not chase, I attract. Whatever belongs to me simply comes to me." →"whatever comes or whatever goes is always for the better." →have faith in your God/the Universe/Yourself. • 21:07 / practice self care →always focus on making yourself feel great. →have respect for yourself. Felt like sharing this to help people with short attention span and such :) Feel free to add your points to this too. Have a great day!

Growing up with a single mom who was always in her masculine energy, kind of made me fear men and the damage they can do so it naturally made me be lean more into my masculine energy so I knew I had the control. But as I met the man God destined me to be with, regardless of our hardships and disputes because of my “masculinity” I finally was able to trust, And tap in into my femininity and the power that it holds is so much greater than what people think it does. It’s is very freeing. And it feels very good to have power and gentleness and love all at the same time. Loved this vid Liz! So on point with everything ✨

That's how other PPL treat you right and respect you to match your level. Mindset shift is also important.i say/write/listen things like I'm goddess, i deserve good things, I'm loved by God, I'm the best. Really helped. Still some changes remaining.

Remember that the Lord Jesus Christ died on a cross for you because He loves you so much. He then rose up from the dead three days later The Ten Commandments are called the moral law, (most of us are lying thieving blasphemous adulterer at heart and deserve hell) you and I broke the law, Jesus paid the fine. That’s what happened on that cross. By believing that Jesus died on the cross and rose up from the dead 3 days later and not just confessing your sin, but also repenting of all sin you have done and putting all your trust in Him in prayer, He will grant you everlasting life as a free Gift.

When I come across a video like this at the right time and place, it was meant for me. Thank you for the reminder. Thank you for guiding me to reconnect with my inner queen because I do not want lose her. It took my 10 years to build me and I'm still continuing to do so. I just want to say to all the girls out there: you are gunna be ok. it may not seem or feel that way, but trust me it will and you will respect the process of getting there and also enjoy the feeling of steadiness.

I recently noticed in this new relationship I’m in, how much I needed to learn how to receive. I grew up with not much help offered to me in my environment so I always thought I had to work hard on my own. My boyfriend was the one to tell me that I don’t have to go about my life like that, and it’s okay a beautiful to receive help, compliments, and gifts. It’s hard unlearning my old ways but this video definitely helped me see what first steps I can take to learn how to receive.

Thank you so much for this video Liz, I've spent all my life in my masculine energy cause I never felt confident enough to connect with my feminity and show others that side of me, I felt I needed to do it all on my own so no one would realize i needed them, especially men, with you I learned that life is about balance, it's not wrong to use my masculine energy, but I have to allowed myself to use feminine energy too, cause since I started to use it everthing I manifest becomes true, I feel more free and happy, thank you so much for your lessons.

High baby, I know it feel confusing healing your inner child while you are 14. First of all I am so sorry for what have gone through or are going through. You can heal your innerchild feeling your emotions and being kind for yourself. Sticking up for yourself. Maybe it's easier to view it this way: think of someone you love and trust sooo much! For example your best best friend who has always been there for you. Your best friend would never let you down and makes you feel SAFE and PROTECTED! safe to be yourself, to express yourself and you give her the same BACK. Now these feelings and love that you receive or are supposed to receive (from parental figure, friends). YOU GIVE YOURSELF. you become your own 'bestfriend' 'parent'. And that is healing your innerchild. YOU choose yourself and give yourself all the love and care
