The thing i really appreciate about Sherrone is that he's just on top of everything and seems to have a very clear vision of what he wants the program to be under his watch. He clearly and authentically differentiates himself from Jim but obviously learned a lot from him and thats always on display. He's his own coach and leads the guys really well. I can't wait to see this guy grow up as a head coach at Michigan.
