I raised 3 biological sons and 2 bonus kids were in and out of the home as well. My Grandmother used to say "Beat them and they will Love you forever!' It's about teaching them boundaries. Make Good choses. The oldest is 35 and the youngest is 27. They are far from perfect but they understand Respect, and working hard and they understand the relationship with God. You have done a wonderful job with your babies. Thanks for sharing.

I'm a PK, and we are held at a higher standard, however my dad who was a Pastor, was the same inside of the house as outside of the home, and my dad is was a true spiritual man of God, and it was ten of us biological , I love being a PK, and wouldn't change it for The he world,..big or small Church 🙏

I’m a PK and I thank God every day for parents who did not compromise truth yet had a house of lots of laughs and fun. Soooo glad I WAS sheltered and had boundaries and held accountable to the choice I made regarding Christ. Thankful the legacy of godliness flows down to my parents grands. Yes I have enjoyed it very much this is the 1st time I listened to you all and seen it and it was the beautiful wedding that caught my attention when ya renewed your vows I think that is so awesome and you can feel the love I am on a journey now and my husband loves me. To watch the evolution of The Word Church through it's founder and Bishop Dr. Vernon I joined when the church was in the Maple Hts. Plaza. Omg such an anointed son of God and that anointing flowed down Aaron's beard to his skirt. From you to your wife to your children to your church sons and daughters all over the world. I live in Las Vegas now and I still claim this ministry. I was blessed to be at homecoming last year. That anointing was so thick in that house it was the Shekinah Glory Cloud. You have remained faithful Dr. V. AND WE LOVE YOU THANK YOU FOR BEING OBEDIENT TO GOD AND FAITHFUL TO YOUR CALLING. SUCH AN AMAZING FAMILY! I've binged-watched every episode of the 2021 podcast and watched sermons from the Word church, and I love everything that I've watched. Pastor Vernon, thank you for your honesty, transparency, and sense of humor. I love your perspective on dating and marriage. It is biblical. Thank you for putting honor back in marriage vows and showing men how to love their wives with honor, integrity, passion, and anticipation. Thank you for sharing your testimony of serving God at a very young age. No one is perfect, but God recognizes how you've honored him in your youth, and you are reaping the harvest of obedience. I would love to support this ministry and thank you for putting sound- biblical teaching in the cyber world. We need more, and thank you.

I have been watched your video/podcast now for around 2 weeks Your family and ministry has really touched my soul because you & your family has tapped into what the church is really about how you can still live life and be saved. 12/12/21 my oldest daughter transitioned to be with God, I couldn’t imagine how my life would be without her, I remembered one night my daughter asked me to sleep with her in her hospital bed I climbed in that bed that night I prayed for a healing for my child, God gave me a word “Restoration” I didn’t know what he meant until she took her last breath, God restored my child and I relationship. I didn’t raise her because I joined the military when she was 2 yrs old, our relationship was strained because my mother husband talked bad about me to her (that’s another story); she didn’t think I loved her as much as I loved her sister, but when she got down and couldn’t get out of bed anymore I never left her side I was there to the very end and still here, she left me with 2 precious gifts her son and daughter to raise and God restored our relationship she knew just how much I loved her. I held her hands and watched my baby leave this side to transition to a better place. Your ministry is a Blessing to my soul it feeds me until I’m full and I weep not because I’m sad but because I’m full, full of the word. I thank you for being so transparent and sharing your family with me. God be the Glory Excuse all mistakes and misspelled word I was just so full and needed to get this out. 🙏

This was awesome! The transparency is awesome! Since people have a certain perception about Mega churches & family members! I think this podcast with the children shed a different light on things! All of you did a great job! This was very refreshing! LOL😂😂 I was afraid of mother as well, but she was a great mother old school no nonsense she raised 5 children none in prison never any societal issues not perfect, but we were blessed to have her and our grandparents! She raised all of us think for ourselves and not follow what people are doing! There is no recipe for successful parenting but God Keep him first and introduce them the Heavenly Father!
